Dandelions is a fabulous breakfast spot in Evergreen! I’ve stopped in a few times now, and the food is consistently fresh and outstanding. They are open from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM, which is perfect for a late breakfast or early lunch.
My personal favorites that I highly recommend are the Breakfast Burrito and the Chile Relleno—both were truly exceptional and packed with flavor.
The service style is easy: grab a menu, order and pay at the bar, then find any open table to enjoy your meal. It’s a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend stopping by for a great meal!

This was a pleasant surprise all around: the food was tasty, staff were kind, and the low-key atmosphere was clearly a local favorite! I order take out and sat on their patio. The turnaround was less than 15 min and it went by fast. Definitely check this spot out if you’re hiking or driving through the area.

Wow such a fantastic spot! So quiet and shaded on the patio, really relaxing. I had a burrito and the monkey bread and both were amazing! Hot upon delivery and served pretty quickly (but not too fast ya know?). The staff who helped me were super pleasant and friendly! Clean restrooms and dog-friendly patio. If I lived closer I would come here every weekend!!

Food here is fantastic! Great place for brunch. Hard to go wrong with anything on the menu, but the Breakfast Burrito, Avocado Toast, and Grilled Cheese with the Tomato Soup are my personal highlights.

One of the best places for breakfast, brunch or lunch! My wife and I found this amazing stop on our last trip. The staff is so friendly and the food was so good we came back 3 times during the week. On the 3rd time back the staff remembered us and we had a great conversation while waiting for our order. Just a laid back, relaxing and great place to eat!
