Service was excellent and seafood tasted fresh (minus the overwhelming taste of margarine). Main complaint is the ventilation. Despite there being two ac units, it was extremely hot inside. Sweating so bad.

If you’re craving for seafoods and Dampa Macapagal is too far, Dampa Express in Pioneer Center is a great alternative.
Food is delicious and cooked well. Been here a few times and so far, the quality is consistent.
Servers are attentive and food is served fast.
Only downside is the not so good cleanliness and sanitation, with quite a few sightings of German roaches. Ambiance is very basic.
Would rate it 5 for taste, 3 for service and 1 for cleanliness.

A feast for the seafood-crazy! Dampa Express serves Bilao deals for as low as P988. Sounds like an ad but it was actually worth the plug. The quality of food is good and flavors are done right. Reserved for 10pax and ordered a variety 4 bilaos. All our orders and drinks cost us 5,000++, sulit for only 500 per head. Despite being packed and currently on soft opening, there is efficiency in service.
Ranked favorites: Salted Egg Mix of Shrimp and Crabs, Buttered Garlic Shrimps, Mardis Gras Crabs. We also ordered Salmon Sinigang and Baked Oysters

We ate here for Papa’s birthday. Food is great, pricing way better! I think what needs improvement is interiors. Somehow gloomy.. But anyway, I’d still comeback for the food!!!

The very thought of feasting on shrimps and crabs was the very reason we decided to have lunch here today. Unfortunately the restaurant ran out of shrimps and crabs early because of delayed delivery from suppliers. So we just settled with what was available. We ordered baked tahong (mussels) bilao, adobong pusit (squid), pinakbet, grilled tuna belly. Baked tahong was somewhat watery, adobong pusit lacked sourness, grilled tuna belly was rubbery because of overcooking. Overall experience is disappointing; I don’t think we’ll eat here again.

Great tasting foods. And adjacent to some restos you may also try some other time.only problem is that, you’ll definitely smell like the kitchen after dining, since the place is small and I guess no exhaust fan is avaialble.

I was surprised to know that there was an “Express” resto named after Dampa. No market though. But the butter garlic shrimp & crabs – excellent! Lip smacking good. Value for money! Definitely will come back.

If you want a PALUTO DAMPA experience quick fix this is the place to go. Prices is ₱₱ a bit a high side for the serving sizes. But the taste is good. They only have CASH Payment option.
Staffs are friendly and accommodating.

Place is a bit small, with very limited seating capacity. Ventilation/airconditioning is also not great for dining in, but food is delicious, ample servings and reasonably priced. Allow a bit of time for food preparation. Ample parking spaces.
Only accepts cash.
