OUTSTANDING food served in an amazing atmosphere. We had their Mystic Burger and (GF) Birria Tacos. The depth of flavors were immense; some of the best we’ve ever had. The cocktails were made perfectly. The server was friendly and attentive, and the view of the river was INCREDIBLE! If we could leave six stars, we would. We’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu.

Definitely a 10+!! We love breakfast at the Dam Bar @ Templins! The Spokane River is always beautiful. Our server, Rachelle, was great! I ordered Avocado toast which was delicious and my friend had the Dam Scramble which was great! We had nothing leftover! Often overlooked because tucked away in Post Falls by the river, this is the place to visit. Check out their limited times for breakfast and lunch, dinner is a good option!

We were excited to try this restaurant after it was taken over by Stancraft. The previous operation, Currents, was not good.
The patio, as I have said before, is one of the best spots in North Idaho. The new seating is incredibly uncomfortable. All high tops with no cushions and not enough, not big enough, umbrellas. Service was friendly but not particularly professional.
Food was kind of a mixed bag. We ordered some aracini balls and some bread service. Both of which were fine, but we were not brought plates nor napkins nor utensils. When asked for plates we still weren’t brought napkins nor utensils. We waited approximately 45 minutes to get our meals. And when they came out, I must say they looked beautiful. But when you order pasta that’s close to $25 and it has no meat in it you would expect that they would bring out some cheese or some kind of topping, but they did not. My ahi looked beautiful and was actually pretty good. My son’s huckleberry barbecue chicken breast looked okay, but was a very tough piece of chicken and not particularly good. My wife said her pasta was pretty good but needed something else. Overall disappointed. Really deserves about a 3.9. We spent $163 with a tip for 3 meals, some appetizers and 4 drinks. When you have a very limited menu, which this restaurant does, everything better be very good. Felt like we didnt quite get our money’s worth. Hopefully this place gets their act together primarily on the service side, as it’s not up to par with the pricing. It could be something really great and, as I said, the people were friendly enough and even responsive, just not particularly professional and this place has been open for a while so I don’t quite get it?

My wife brought me to Red Lion for my birthday, and we ate here. The food was great! We had both dinner and breakfast here, and the service was amazing, I would recommend for anyone, especially if you’re bringing a group. Great views, overall a great experience!

Went there tonight for their Sammy Eubanks performance, very busy so we expected there to definitely be a wait. But we didn’t see a single waiter. Me and my husband sat at our tables for 30 minutes before being helped. When we did finally get help, he just completely forgot about us. Brought us one drink and never got asked if we wanted food or anything. No one seemed to know what they were doing. I asked for the manager and they said she wasn’t there. What manager isn’t there on a very busy night? It just seems very unprofessional and unorganized. We left cash on the table for our drinks and left after asking for the manager, very disappointed honestly.

The worst dam bar (and restaurant) in PF. My wife and I first sat at the bar. Service was OK until I asked if we could move to the patio to a table with umbrella (very sunny). She said “sure sir, that can be arranged.” Is it me? Or was I wrong to assume that she would ask someone to set up a table with umbrella? Well she didn’t. So I had to close out our tab. I asked for the check, the bartender acknowledged me then took orders and served other customers. Waited about 10 minutes just to pay. Then had go to the podium as if we just got there and ask for the setup. Done. Got a table.

Then came the drink order. Same bartender that made wife’s cosmo in a martini glass, make this one on the rocks. Go figure.
So waiter takes order. Appetizer first. Chips and salsa. salsa was pretty tasty.

Then we order the entrees. Took a very long time. My wife ordered another cosmo. I saw it sitting on the bar for a while. Took about half hour from order to get the drink.

Entrees finally come. My wife ordered the pasta dish (don’t remember the name). It was dry. apparently making cutback on sauce portion.
I ordered the Caesar salad with salmon. OK I have no idea how to describe the salmon other than TINY!!!! Talk about cutbacks! Seriously, I’ve had chicken nuggets larger than this piece. I’m not exaggerating! I took a picture but should have put a fork next to it to give the right impression.

The service ZERO stars. Food ZERO stars.

This place is a hidden gem. The new chefs are amazing. Great flavors in every dish. The service is great and the view is as gorgeous as the plating of the food.

We visited for restaurant week, it was our first time here and we were blown away! The view was beautiful; all the staff were incredibly attentive, kind and welcoming; the food and drinks were astounding. Couldn’t have picked a better spot for a little mid week dinner date. Absolutely will be back again to try their regular menu. Thank you for the amazing experience!

From the reviews it looked as tho breakfast is when you have servers . However on ThursdayFriday nights with music , the servers are non existent, sadly tonight my 3 rd time there , sat at our table for 15 minutes, not a server in sight , went to the bar and stood there for another 10 minutes , it was at that time we decided we did not waste time trying to order
Food . Saw a server go to our table , I approached her and asked if she was our server she said no and abruptly walked away . But she was actually serving our table after they waiting over 30 minutes for a drink . So we continued to stand at the bar waiting ,finally ordered our drinks and continue to wait for my can ! We decided to finish that only drink and go find dinner at the sawmill , just down the road , small place , many servers , and excelllent service all around , dam bar manager needs a lesson ! Just saying

This is a hidden gem and definitely worth a visit for drinks, dinner, or both. We went for happy hour and apps, which were phenomenal. The bang bang cauliflower is a must try. We also ordered chips and salsa and garlic fries which were great. The drinks were on point both with both looks and taste. The staff was some of the friendliest I’ve seen. The view of the river was breathtaking. You must try this spot. I’m visiting from out of state and giving an honest review.
