A quick bite turned into a pasta paradise! ✨
Hardly any wait time, super friendly service, and the best part — make your own pasta! We went with chicken pasta and pesto pasta, and both were absolutely delicious. Their homemade sauce? Total game-changer.

Honestly, better than many fancy Italian spots I’ve tried.
Already planning my next visit to explore more flavors!

Highly recommended for all pasta lovers!

Perfectly cooked pasta. Bolognese had a great flavor. The cacio e pepe was good too (we had it with mushrooms that added a nice complexity). A great selection among the food options in Armature Works.

If you’re wondering/debating about what food to get for your kids while at Armature Works, look no further and order something decisive at DalMoros.

Ever since going to Armature, DalMoros has always been a staple for my family. One of the cool things about DalMoros is the fairly simple menu and selection path. You pick your pasta and the sauce to go with. This is always desired compared to a super extensive and overwhelming menu.

The pasta is always a hit with the little ones. The most recent combination was the penne and cacio e pepe – just the perfect base flavor compared to the tangy and sometimes spicier options.

When it comes to freshness, freshly made pasta at the site appears to be one of the pillars of the DalMoros business model. You can go wrong with this as it is cooked to al dente perfection.

As others mentioned, there usually isn’t a line – and if there is, the staff is able to manage it fairly well such that you can place your order and pick your made-to-order meal within a relatively good time.

Would definitely recommend DalMoros if you’re ever feeling up for Italian, or just want something hassle free for the kids.

The caprese noodles are incredible. I hope they become a permanent item!

Listen, the fresh homemade fettuccine pasta is what drew me to this stall. Then their fresh bolognese was tap dancing on my palate. Each bite, you taste more flavor profiles that will satisfy all who are blessed to taste their food. They even have freshly grated parmesan cheese and seasoning shakers available to sprinkle on your order.

Excellent meatball sub, maybe the best ever.

The bread was toasted perfectly and the meatballs were soft and tasty.

My Son had the pesto pasta which he said was Aldo very good.

Well worth a visit in the food hall

It was massive and absolutely delicious! Thank you so much for the incredible service. The flavors were spot on, and the portion was huge. Definitely one of my favorite spots to visit every time I head to Tampa. I can’t wait to come back.

Went to Armature Works on evening of 2/13/26.
Ordered the meatball sandwich.
Price board had a posted price of $ 14.95.
Credit card was charged $ 19.75.
Food came out much smaller than shown on menu.
Opened wrapper to find overcooked bread , overcooked cheese and a small amount of meatballs.
NO Red sauce AT ALL on sandwich.
I one bite and sandwich had no flavor.
How can a food stand survive serving customers food this bland along with overcharging ?
Answer :  They won’t.
Kipo’s next door already has left the food court.
Dalmoros is next.

We’ve been here a couple times before, while it is really good pasta, its pasta, they noticeably changed their boxes which are smaller and contained less pasta / meat. .for $36 for 2 pastas and 2 breadsticks you should get more pasta. Last time we had way more and was able to take it home. Barley, any meat in the #1 we ordered. The #6 was good. You look back at other photos and see the size difference between that and the one I posted. But it’s not worth the price anymore, thanks, but no thanks. I know its tampa and going to cost more, I get that, but dont see the value anymore.

Very disappointing, especially considering the previous reviews.

I expected a delicious and fun pasta experience but was the food felt thrown together with little effort.

The service was just okay, but maybe the staff was having a bad day. They didn’t seem to care much about either of our experiences.

The pasta was about as good as I could make at home, with WAY more sauce than needed. I got the cacio e pepe sauce with the rigatoni pasta. I love a lot of sauce, but it was honestly drowning to where it wasn’t even appetizing. The texture of the pasta wasn’t very pleasant either. Barely ate it to be honest.

I hope this experience isn’t a common one, but I do not plan on coming back to test that.
