Drove all the way from Cayuga indiana excited to get ice cream being that they were the only store open in time and we get there and they are closed super upset it’s not that hard to update some hrs on Google hell citizens can do it the owners could do it comfortably on their damn couch! I had a horrible experience tonight. I couldn’t hear the lady taking our order due to a disrespectful car thumping their music in front of me. I can’t believe some people are like that. Smh! Unbelievably everything was right. So, good job lady!

It’s SAD an estimate that’s in a residential area to be called a Dairy Queen. You pick & choose to accept promo codes from the DQ app. *The anniversary sale for small Blizzards $.85 was til September 11 -24or 26th and other deals are on the app.But on Main St. location at the drive thru you ask for a promo code and took the code off my phone. Now the next week your claiming you don’t take any codes. Your now stating only up north store takes them. You also don’t accept online orders which is stated in your app but still SAD because it’s actually needed! I guess it’s better to purchase from the up north DQ location because honestly Main St is either not being compliant or just being rude to their customers.#Love DQ but unsatisfied with customer service on Main St.
