The box outer dairy Queen has a very limited menu. We’ve stopped in there today thinking we could get The chicken turkey sandwich types that they’ve had on the menu before only to find out only hot dogs. Used to be a place we could come and have a nice nice sandwich hot dogs do not sit for everybody. Every time we go in here they always say they don’t have the menu or capacity for the dairy Queens like downtown. Well maybe it’s about time they do get that way if they’re going to keep their customers. We won’t be coming here again.

Only ice cream! NOT a place to get any meals or combos. (But it did say “Treat” but we didn’t know Dairy Queen’s had stores like that. The ice cream here is different than the kind I’m used too. Have never come across this before. It was still good just different in texture & some taste difference. It reminded me of the old ice cream machines you can use at home to make “soft serve”. My big dog appreciated their “pup cups” too!

There has been two times now where we have waited in line for multiple minutes only to get up to the speaker and be told they are done taking orders. This is while other cars are in line getting their orders still. This was also HOURS before closing both times, they just wanted to close early…. at least finish with your customers that have already been waiting and willing to PAY.

Not sure how you get an order wrong twice but they did. Pretty simple too. Mini Reece’s pieces (like M&Ms) blizzard. Nope. Instead got a cookie dough with Reece’s first then just Reece’s cups. Not the same. How?

If I could give this ZERO stars I would. I ordered an ice cream birthday cake. Paid for it and was guaranteed that it would be done by Saturday. I ordered it Wednesday. They had 2.5 days to get it done. They had ONE job. Worst experience I have ever had. No phone call or notification. Showed up and told at that moment they didn’t get it done. They deserve to be fired!!!

good place to stop for a quick bite. service was quick and the folks were friendly. they serve the usual dairy queen ice cream staples as well as hot dogs which was perfect for us looking for something after going to the air and space museum
