“Old fashioned” DQ with “Heritage Treats”, or stuff you can only find at this one now. Order windows-only, no drive-up or connection to app ordering, and that’s okay – it’s not about that. It’s about getting the old-fashioned treats! Service is quick and friendly.

Best Dairy Queen in the valley. I have been coming here since I was a kid. Only place to get the original dilly bar.

The legendary home of the “Dilly Bar! The Dilly bar was created here in 1955. This was one of the first Dairy Queen restaurants in the franchise and remains one of the oldest. The owners have always been an important part of the community. That legacy continues today through the philanthropic generosity of Troy and Diane DeLeon. Included in the photos I posted, are Troy and Diane being recognized by the Association of Fundraising Professionals Northern Plains Chapter as the “Philanthropists of the Year” at the 2022 National Philanthropy Day in Fargo.

If your a fan of nostalgic DQ food this is a must stop location. It’s not a burger and fry joint. Sausages if you need something hot but the perfect place for soft serve ice cream treats. Of course the Dilly Bars are the main attraction. No inside sitting area, but a lovely shady table area outside to sit, enjoy ice cream and people watch .

I gave 3 stars for the staff as the were so nice and friendly. Food not so much. I paid almost $10 for a Chicken sandwich and got 2 tenders on a bun.

This is the best DQ in the FM area! Serving size is always consistent and food quality is great. They do not have a drive-up window or indoor seating, so you’ll have to leave your car and go stand in line at the window. But they are speedy with service and best of all, good food!

The best dairy queen. They make all the old school, “secret” blizzards and aren’t even shy about it. Get the PB cruncher. It’s the black crunchy stuff in the middle of a dq ice cream cake with peanut butter syrup. It’s phenomenal

This is the DQ where the Dilly Bar was invented. They’ve erected a “statue” of a giant Dilly Bar to commemorate that feat. And they sell Dilly Bars in many different flavors.
