I have been coming to chipotle atleast thrice a week, and everytime I come to this branch, it was a bad experience . I thought today would be the breaking point, but sergio saved you guys. You know how?? By asking. Simply, by asking if the rice portion is good enough. I never mind paying more for extra large portions, but the staff always skims the portion for rice and chicken. I paid extra once to get more, and she added three small pieces of chicken. Three, and I am not kidding. I let it go twice since I thought the staff was having a bad day, and there was another customer waiting. But then, I observed the pattern. The staff always undermines the portion, each and everytime I come here. But today, sergio changed that experience for the first time. I would recommend chipotle to look into these portion sizes and give us what we pay for, and simply ask the customer if they are content with the portion sizes rather than just giving us what is left in the bottom of the tray, and asking us to be content with it. 3 stars because it was just one good experience out of the multiple I had. If this branch looks into the issue, they will go a long way with the customers. Thank you sergio, and chipotle, give him a raise.

Ok this place today is so busy. Your team rocked it. The first lady serving you made you feel like there wasnt a line and took the time you needed. The second lady was efficient as well and the guy cooking kept it moving. These three may have been short staffed but definitely keepers!

Food was good, but my burrito only had like 8 small pieces of chicken. Could’ve been a lot better. The worker that took our order did make the experience a lot better! Very friendly.

This was our first time going to a Chipotle. The tables were dirty. There wasn’t a sign telling where to order either. We get to order and we couldn’t hear the lady and kept having to ask her to repeat what she was saying which of course made her rude but she still didn’t talk louder. It was soo noisy at the counter. My bowl tasted only like onions, it was quite a shame because it looked good. The chunks of meat for all out our food were big and a pain. The 2 burritos were squished to the size of a fist. The kid meal was fabulous though the quesadilla was tiny. The food, it just didn’t taste good.

Ordered chipotle online and they completely left out the corn salsa on my burrito and the chips I ordered were burnt. I used the “pepper chat” to try to get a replacement burrito and replacement chips but all they gave me was a credit for a free fountain drink.
When I order food, I expect to get the order I pay for amd not to receive burnt food items I also payed for. To be honest the chips smell like burnt popcorn and do not taste good at all.

The food tastes great, however chipotle employees shake food off the spoons before putting it on your plate like their jobs depend on it. They don’t put an actual full scoop of anything on there besides the sour cream. Even the rice!!
Chipotle is only good when you get your moneys worth.

Came with family, very busy!! Everyone was super nice despite the holiday rush. Super great food my bowl was delicious, my kids plates were full. I forgot who took my order but she was super nice!!!

The Manager here was so wonderful! I ordered the wrong bowl and kids refusing to eat them … came in and the team felt bad for me … but were very sweet switching the experience around!

I usually enjoy Chipotle, but this location has been pretty disappointing lately. This last visit was no exception. I ordered a bowl instead of a burrito, and the portion of meat was extremely small, and a few of the pieces were nothing but fat. I also asked for extra lettuce, and what I got didn’t even cover the top. It feels like the quality and care here has gone downhill. Best thing was the friendliness of staff when I picked up the order for my office. Hopefully, management takes note and gets things back on track.

I drove over a half hour to grab dinner. To my surprise, the staff had already cleaned all the grills.. an hour before closing.
For me that meant no veggies are available for a bowl (I do not eat meat or dairy) because they were out and had not intent on making more food.
Idk I come from a more populated area so I would expect chipotle to be busy on a Friday night, but I guess not.
