Went twice in one week. The first time, we were cut short at the window and didn’t get to finish ordering at all. We just took the L and gave the benefit of the doubt, figured she couldn’t hear us. The second time, we ordered two food items. Once we got to the window, she gave us only the one and when we asked about the other she informed us they didn’t have that item (no receipt) and then we settled for the one food item because we got the large, we were just going to share and we opened it up and it wasn’t what we ordered at all.

Customer service is always good. However the last few months the chocolate soft serve has tasted awful. I don’t know if you switched suppliers or aren’t maintaining the machines but I’m not coming back again. I’m tired of ice cream that taste like dookie.

Dairy Queen has been in Mt. Pleasant for a second or two. Why? Because they are successful. Folks know their brand and their product. You get what you expect either at the drive-thru or when you walk in. I am particular to the hot fudge sundae with whole nuts – heavy on the fudge, light on the ice cream!

The ice cream is good- but there seems to be a serious issue with cross contamination and getting orders wrong. I have ordered a vanilla milkshake which had a mint flavor, another time a vanilla milkshake which had weird chunks of something throughout it?
