So it’s 4:37 in the morning a.m. there’s a sign that says we do not serve walk-ups from dusk to Dawn I asked the lady what time is dawn she said when is enough light outside. There was enough light outside the sun has not risen yet . It was coming up but it wasn’t quite up to the top of the trees but it’s clearly visibly morning time so I look up Google I said Google so what time is dawn in Tacoma Washington Google told me 4:34 a.m. now there’s only a 3-minute difference I could have waited a few more minutes but the sign clearly says from dusk to Dawn . I wá merely going by what their sign says now all I wanted a small coffee in the water take my dog for a walk every morning I have to go to a different route . Also my dog is a registered service dog because I’m a veteran he also has his papers at all times with him the other last held up her phone and showed the 911 numbers on her phone I did not use any vulgar language or make any kind of threatening gestures I merely took a picture of the sign that says dusk to Dawn

Waited in line for 10 minutes 2 cars were ahead me in line. I order a redbull took about 5 minutes to make a redbull, there was 3 people in there, it shouldn’t take that long. And poor customer service

I love the ladies here! Always friendly and a light to brighten up my day when I stop in. Occasionally I’ll bring my dog down and he’s thinks they are great too! There’s this one girl who is great she’s always cleaning when I stop in but she makes sure to say hi even if she’s busy. Love the atmosphere and the red bulls!

This was a disappointing visit to BigFoot Java. The wait was long and the drinks were not as usual. There seemed to be confusion and numerous attempts of the barista relaying drink information to a second barista making the drinks. An iced raspberry white mocha is not normally a difficult drink, however there was no raspberry taste and the drink was very bitter. The other drink was off the menu and should have had caramel, that was almost nonexistent. Not sure I will visit this location again.

So, usually I don’t do bad reviews, but this one is worth it.
I walked to the stand and asked if they do Apple Pay cause I forgot my wallet. Besides the girl being in a bad mood (which happens to the best of us) and messing up the order, she took my phone for the Apple Pay, and deliberately hides her reading machine so we don’t see the screen, and the first time Apple Pay didn’t go through (cause she needed my passcode or face). She asked for the second time which I did myself this time. But the thing that’s shady, she always tried to hide the screen of the pay machine so I don’t finish the tipping and signing.
And after getting my order (which wasn’t right again) I asked to finish my transaction on the screen. The other lady told me she not going to let me cause she wasn’t the one who took our order (shady!!!) and the girl that took our order, was hiding behind the counter and told this other girl to tell us that there is nothing to finish and we are good to go, which wasn’t true. I could see that there was still the screen with the option to choose tips and sign.
I’m wandering now how many of you got screwed this way, when you “tipped” unknowingly and “signed” with “your” signature.
Anyways, not stoping by this place ever again, and guys, always finish the transaction, or someone else will do it for you!

I had come to the Big Foot Java on Auburn WY S next to the Harbor Freight. This young girl who took my ordered was a little rude out of the gate. I ordered two drinks one hot and one cold. The hot asked if they could make it in a 32oz she said no but she could male it in a 24oz I said cool I’ll take that. She must have not heard me and made two cold drinks. I told that I want the 24oz hot and them she began to tell me that I didn’t that and that I need speak up next time and she said did you watch me finishing making that drink. I told if I had I would have spoken up. Then she maybe I shouldn’t come back. Wow I even gave her a 5.00 tip. Rude don’t go there on a Sunday.
