This is our family’s favorite ice cream shop in the area. The staff is always extremely friendly and quick. The shop is neat and clean, very well kept.

The customer service here is always dicey it’s either decent or very sub-par. The cashier up charged me and didn’t even get my order correct. We chose the 2 for $5 a sundae and pretzel sticks, and a small drink as well the cashier rang it in as the pretzel sticks and a small drink, and made the sundae not on the deal so it was around $3 more expensive. The cleanliness here is also very dirty. Tables not wiped, floors not swept, etc.

This Dairy Queen has some of the most unpredictable customer service around. Almost every single time we come here, someone is rude. Either the one taking the order or the one handing it out. It’s like basic manners don’t exist. We’re not asking for over-the-top friendliness, just not to be treated like an inconvenience. Food is fine, but the attitude is consistently terrible. We waited a long time to post a review because everyone has a bad day. But it’s too consistent. We will now save ourself the frustration and go to the one across town in Brighton.

Food was Absolutely Terrible!! Im from Jackson almost an hour away and Im so use to our dairy Queen having way more options as far as food but the limited selection of food they had was limited to some old pretzel sticks and some hot dogs that were so hard I didn’t even eat them. They came plain I had to go back through the drive thru again to ask for ketchup and mustard I thought would have already been in the bag. ♀️ On top of that it was completely over priced. $5.98 for a single plain hot dog, a small bag of lays chips and a small coke is obsered!! And the most annoying thing was the waiting in the drive thru line for almost 9 minutes for 2 hot dogs and 2 blizzards. So glad my local dairy Queen is as good as it is because this is terrible!!

Jody was extremely rude and snappy. Unfortunately ruined both of our appetites. 10 dollars wasted on food that was poorly prepared and rude customer service. Avoid this location if you dont want to waste your money

I am not big DQ fan but kids loved it. The service was good,- place looked neat and nicely decorated. Tables were clean. Place is visible from the road and has plenty of parking. Have no complaints, will go back as per kids request.

Huge shoutout to whoever decorated the cakes at this location. I SPECIFICALLY only go to this store for cakes now (further than my closest DQ location) because whoever makes the cakes is SO TALENTED!! They are creative, amazing at decorating, and def need to be appreciated more. I got floral for my most recent cake, but I’ve seen Batman, paw patrol, etc in the past as well that use frostings/sprinkles to fit the theme. Outside of that, everyone who works there is really nice.

Don’t go to this location if they’re busy! I was in the drive-thru at approximately 9:30pm, Monday, August 4th. I got my blizzard right away, so it’s sitting in my car with me, on a summer night, while it takes them FOREVER (at least 5 minutes) to put some vanilla soft serve in a bowl & put some pineapple on it (“pineapple sundae”). That means, by the time I got home, my blizzard was almost melted. Also, and I didn’t realize until I got home, but the blonde girl working the drive thru window tonight didn’t give me any spoons. How are you going to hand a customer ice cream with no way to eat it?! Pay attention to what you’re doing, sweetie. :-/ This location was WAY better before the remodel.

The prices have increased so much it’s not worth it to go. A small vanilla shake (vanilla and milk) was over $6. This is wild and that’s price gauging. We won’t be back. McDonald has a vanilla shake half the price.
