I work 12-16 hr days , especially with it starting to be nice outside who wouldn’t love ice cream after a long day – week of work .!
I keep giving this place the benefit of the doubt and they keep messing up my order .
I always get the royal New York cheesecake with extra cheesecake.
Last night after waiting in line for 20-30 minutes just to go home and realize they gave me a Oreo blizzard with 4 pcs of cheesecake. Mind you I have a medical problem and chocolate triggers it to the fullest. Then I call and the manager Brittany says there is absolutely nothing they can do after I asked if I order my blizzard again if they can fulfill the extra cheesecake part at least and I’ll pay for my blizzard. She said no now I have to wait a few days to get a response from the owner to see if it’s reasonable or not .
Let alone did the Oreo blizzard hurt to eat , I was robbed of my money from this place .
You just lost a faithful customer .
There is no integrity in this location .

They can’t listen to orders, and people have to repeat multiple times then still don’t get the order right. They are too busy on her phone. Then she got mad because we said something back about not listening. Just I will just have to drive little farther to the a different Dairy Queen. This it’s the first time we have to repeat thing

Staff is courteous & polite. Very good service! Pecan cluster blizzard was very good. Chocolate shake was perfect. Have been here many times & will always be back!

Multiple times I’ve been there and the orders have been wrong each time. Last time tonight was it for me, I’ll drive further to a different location.

i hope the workers know that the window is not fully closed, so we can hear everything you say in the drive through. calling someone’s float they order “disgusting” and everyone standing around laughing at your “disgusting”
order isn’t great business.

I understand the restaurant being busy at night, but giving me attitude because their DQ doesn’t participate in the app per rewards. Plus when she asked if I wanted a receipt, I said “Yes, sure”. My order came, she said (“……..”). Don’t want to repeat it and no receipt!!!!

Me and the kids went here at 8:30 pm on a Tuesday. There was the longest line of cars, but the friendly staff moved everyone through extremely quick. They did a wonderful job!

Someone just came out and told eight 9 and 10 year olds to “lower their voices” while eating ice cream out front of their location. This location is on Route 6… a 4 lane highway with a 45 mph speed limit… and 8 kids are too loud. LOL. What a joke.
