One of the finest Thai cuisine place that me and my wife has visited recently to be honest.
As soon as I walked in the service team greeted us and asked us to sit we’re ever we liked. The ambiance and the atmosphere is very well decorated and welcoming you can see the decorations and the interiors are very well done.
I must say our server was very very kind and I really appreciate all the help and suggestions that she gave to me and my wife to make our meals so enjoyable and tasty. She is very kind and lovely and has a great personality. Her name is YINGLUK. I highly recommend her and I ask people to ask for her if they ever visit this amazing restaurant.
For appetiser we had their spring rolls. It was perfectly cooked and their sweetie chilli sauce and dip was just amazing. For our entree I had a glass door noodles with veggies which came along with jasmine rice which was perfectly cooked and it was amazing and tasted incredible. My wife had sukiyaki with veggies and glassdoor noodles it was soupy and delicious she enjoyed every bite.
Overall it was a great and memorable dinner experience for both of us and we would definitely go back there again. If you’re in Jacksonville and you like Thai cuisine. This place is a MUST !!!!

We have been coming here for several years. It has really gone downhill. On our last visit, our food had no flavor, was very salty, and you can tell the curry had been watered down. To “fix” it, they just added additional coconut milk. They brought it back with chunks of white stuff and it was cold. I couldn’t eat it. Not only did they not offer any discount or to prepare a different dish, they attempted to double charge us for drinks! We will not go back again. Also, don’t go when it is hot outside—they do not lower the thermostat and it gets very warm inside, especially near the windows.

What a hidden gem I discovered last night! I have been on the hunt to find a delicious Panang Curry in the area, and Bounxou delivered!! Not only was the Panang on point, but we tried the Thai Spaghetti too, and it was a pallet pleaser! The portion size of each dish is generous, definitely share size, or even better- leftovers for the next day! The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice and the service is very friendly! I’m definitely going back and giving this establishment my business!

We decided to have lunch before going to get groceries. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. We ordered Shrimp Drunken Noodles, Shrimp Red curry and a sampler for an appetizer. They served small complimentary bowls noodle soup. Everything that we ordered was delicious. We will certainly be going back.

My favorite Thai spot! Their pad thai and drunken noodles are delicious and there are huge portions. The crab ragoons are also amazing. We’ve never had a bad meal here.

5 Stars for service, food quality, and presentation. Very good depth of flavors and selection of foods/spice levels ️ to choose from. I had the Pad Thai lunch special with soup and it was The pot stickers, and whatever sauce it was they served them on, were amazing!! I can’t wait to go back!

Thai food is massive on flavors and colors, and this place has it. I enjoyed a Panag Curry excelent taste, and my wife had a Chiken Pad Tay. Both were fantastic, Don’t hesitate to ask for control over the hot spice so you can take anything without or the hot you like. The site is cozy, so love reunions with beautiful people, food, and wine are in the air. I will definitely come back to Bounxou Thai.

My brother and I were initially looking at Korean but changed at the last moment. We found this place in the same plaza and decided to try it since I love Thai. What a pleasant surprise!!! The place was nice and clean, and we were greeted as soon as we walked in. Our hostess immediately came to assist.
I personally measure a Thai restaurant by their ability to prepare beef salad (Yum Beef). This place did not disappoint. I also enjoyed my other favorite Pad Woon Sen with beef and finally steamed dumplings. My brother had never tasted red curry, and he thoroughly enjoyed it as well as the Tuptim rolls.
Our food was served hot and the presentation was nice. It was like visiting a Thai friend’s home and enjoying their home-cooked food.
