Moraine, Ohio – The availability of specific menu items, including chocolate ice cream and butterscotch topping, has been inconsistent at this location. On a recent order, a banana and Oreo Blizzard was prepared with a noticeable lack of the specified toppings. This resulted in a disappointing experience, particularly given the customer’s desire for a treat. It appears that service quality may vary between different locations.

I won’t be returning to this location or the Miamisburg location for various reasons. I would travel 20-30 minutes to a better location. I’ve given you multi-tries with the same results. It appears nothing changes, why should I return back to crappy service.

Woman at the drive through was rude and told us they didn’t have fries anymore ?? When it’s literally on their menu. We ordered the Valentine’s Day cupcakes and this is what we got doesn’t look very Valentine’s Day to me and definitely doesn’t look like the picture they advertised for them

I went through the drive-through and ordered a chocolate milkshake made with chocolate ice cream. When I learned that they don’t have chocolate ice cream I requested for extra chocolate syrup because the last time I got a milkshake from this location, it had hardly any syrup at all in it and still tasted very vanilla. The girl rudely interrupted me and cut me off and wouldn’t finish listening to My request so when I pulled up to the window, I asked for a manager. The young man at the window went to get the manager. The manager was a young teenage girl with nose rings, comes to the window with the headpiece on – It was the same girl that rudely took my order and cut me off and didn’t want to hear it. When I saw who it was, I said never mind. I will wait till tomorrow to speak to a different manager about your rudeness. The girls response was, and I quote “good because they’re gonna care about as much as I do”. I will never go back to this location.

This Dairy Queen is great. I like to get the choco brownie blizzard with extra brownies added in. Sometimes I will say that the blizzard isn’t well mixed, so give it a good stir with your spoon to get the toppings well distributed… But the service is fast and the workers are on point!

Came here on Sunday evening at about 9:30, I witnessed one employee playing with his hair and wiping his nose with his bare hand, then he proceeded to handle two beverage cups or blizzards, did not wash his hands in between. They were in their dancing around and acting a fool the front window says due to low staff only the drive-thru is open. Welder inside dancing around hahaha. Also my blizzard only had stuff in the top portion of it, bottom half was just ice cream. I love Dairy queen, please do better.

I had a hankering for a banana split and thought DQ had to have the best, unfortunately I was wrong. When I opened it right outside at the picnic table it was full of liquid. They used chocolate syrup instead of hot fudge it was one of the worst banana splits I have ever had. But I still had a good time because I was with my little guy.

I came through the drive thru and was handed this with a lid on it at first. I removed the lid to see this and then asked the worker about it and she looked at me and said “what’s wrong with it”. It’s clearly WAY under filled. The worker was rude and and was one wearing a mask and glasses. Nor did they get flipped when handed out to me. I will never come back to this location and pay $3 for a blizzard to be given to me half full.
