I go to Struthers DQ a lot. Lately I’ve been ordering a hot fudge sundae. I used to work DQ so I know how they are supposed to be (small=one bump, medium=2 bumps, large=3 bumps). No matter what size I order and pay for, I always end up getting a very small one. No more…..I am going to switch to the Boardman store where they make them correctly.

Couldn’t believe all of this shredded plastic fit in in one large Orange Julius. I would definitely avoid this location. Workers didn’t seem to care in the slightest. Probably should spend less time flipping blizzards upside down and more time paying attention to what they’re blending.

Placed an order last month July 15, 2025 and the ice cream wasn’t made correctly. Ordered four items. They weren’t made correctly or to order. Did call in the same day and had a manger take my name down and they said I can get it replaced the next time I come through. When I called in again they said it was too late to be replace and was very rude over the phone. I did try to explain that no one had told me I needed to get it replaced the week of and I also told the previous person I spoke with that I was going into work that day and the ice cream wasn’t made correctly already dropped off to my kids. They said that it was fine and I could come in the next time I can. They didn’t say I needed to return the ice cream whereas the person I just spoke on the phone with today was rude and said I needed to bring the ice cream in and have it replaced the week of. I wasn’t made aware of this and tried to tell her this on the phone and she raised her voice. Will not be visiting the Struthers Dairy Queen for a while. I love Dairy Queen but the customer service here is not good.

Ordered this cake a few days in advanced for my boyfriend’s birthday today, this cake honestly looks like a kid did it, it’s hard for me to speak up in the moment but I feel like if I’m paying for your service it should be right, I said no red on the outside and it’s sloppy and not even centered, I could’ve done this better myself and I’m regretting even accepting this, at this point I’m just hoping it taste good.

Been there three times this past week. Ordered nearly the same thing each time.
First day was fine. Got it right.
Second order was wrong. Wanted a Blue Razz Misty Freeze, a Brownie and Oreo Cupfection, and a Large chocolate Hot fudge Sundae…. They gave me a Hot Fudge Shake with Vanilla instead messing up that order. I said whatever it’s fine still Hot Fudge.
Just today I go and order the same, but asked for less Oreo and more Brownie and they charge me for an extra scoop of Brownie, then when I get to the cupfection it’s still 80% Oreo. I specifically said I wanted less Oreo. This is the 2nd time this week yall messed up my order. Not only messed up my order but gave me sass when I asked nicely “Would it be possible for it to be 90% Brownie 10% Oreo.” Changed the worker at the drive thru and got “What did you want now?” Some service. Going to start going to the one on Market Street because they’re not rude and have never gotten my order wrong. Plus I saw another review about plastic pieces in the drinks. Yall still doing that? I thought that was fixed years ago.

1 milkshake, aka chocolate milk. 1 blizzard milkshake consistency with no candy treats. Horrible products. Horrible service. Next they will wonder why nobody goes there. Boardman or poland 10x better.

My son wanted an ice cream cake this year for his birthday. I was not able to enter the store to pick out the cake so ordering it through the busted up speaker they have was not an easy feat. We finally ended up with a decent cake and the girl at the window asked me what I wanted written on it….she even wrote it down. I checked out drove home and when I went to put the cake in my freezer I noticed she had spelled my sons name wrong. I was dumbfounded. How do you write down the name and still misspell it? We didn’t have time to deal with complaining or swapping it out as guests were already arriving so I told my son his name was spelled wrong and we just had a chuckle. My suggestion is an ADULT manager needs to be on the premises at all times. My sons name should have been spelled NathAn

My husband went up to get two large blizzards we live right down the street they were inedible. They were so thin when u took the lids off it spilled everywhere. He said young kids were working in their and it was a mess I called the male manager said nothing he can do if we don’t come back up, I am not going back up I just threw them away.

Terrible…took me 1 minute to get home. Struthers dairy queen . Horrible….it is ice cream with no heath in it…supposed to be a blizzard..not to mention the chocolate milkshake was chocolate milk

I’ve been going to the Dairy Queen on Youngstown Poland Road. I had 950 points. They told me they wouldn’t take it off that it was gonna roll over and now it’s gone. I didn’t get to use it. I wanted a cake and didn’t have enough points, so I waited And now I’m not coming to the Dairy Queen no more because of what they did. Good luck took my points away I won’t be back.
