Worst blizzards ever! Ordered an oreo blizzard and a new sugar cookie blizzard. It would have been nice to get cookie in either one of them! They were pretty much just vanilla ice cream. We were very disappointed. At the bottom of the cup was about 2 inches of caked cookie

Order hot dogs from here for my elderly father, hoping to get 6 of them, the manager quickly yelled 5 only and I can see that she has more and tell them that I will wait, and she says that it. “Isn’t a waiting room” I also asked about ice cream sandwiches and she snapped that they had none when they told me they will make them for me before and when I asked she rolled her eyes and said that they were busy and couldn’t? I didn’t see any other orders on there screen and there were only 2 others who had already got their items and no one in the drive through, sucks to see this great business going down the toilet with crappy management and poor staff.

Sent my granddaughter to get me and my wife ice cream and she recorded the experience. Rude service when they made a mistake, instead of offering a way to fix it the woman stormed off like a child. get better workers up in there. for real, embarrassing for yall. we all think the staff is a joke.

If I could give negative stars, I would. My wife and I visited the Wheeling Wv location through the drive-thru around 8 p.m. and placed a simple order: two small Blizzards and a small vanilla ice cream in a cup. The experience started off well, as the female employee kindly offered lids and a carrier, which we appreciated and accepted. However, things quickly went downhill. The male employee handed us the two Blizzards, but there were no lids or carrier. He then started to give us a vanilla ice cream in a cup with sprinkles, which was not what we ordered. I politely corrected him, letting him know we just wanted plain vanilla ice cream. He glanced at the female employee and walked away without addressing the mistake. She eventually brought us the correct item, but when we asked for the lids she had initially offered, her response was completely unprofessional. She laughed in our faces, handed us the lids, and casually mentioned they were short on staff. I’m not sure how being short-staffed justifies poor customer service, but I was shocked by her dismissive attitude. This experience was disappointing and frustrating. Laughing at customers and delivering subpar service is unacceptable, no matter the circumstances.

Bellaire, Wheeling, Wheeling and Bridgeport are fun places and easy to get to. Not long waites for pickups. Moundsville is a whole different story. Very slow and get the order wrong from time to time.

If I could give less than one star for service, I would. Worst DQ experience ever. We got in the drive thru line at 9:40 with 4 or 5 cars in front of us. The Open sign was off and the door locked, but the operating hours showed 10:00 as closing time. We did not get our $13.24 order until 10:15 and there was still one car behind us. The employees were singing karaoke on the speaker while we waited, and waited for them to do their jobs. No apology or explanation for the wait. Ice cream had already begun to melt when we received it. Totally unacceptable. Will not be going back.
