I’ve always had an amazing experience here. I have been almost religiously coming about twice a month since 2019. Most of the time to get their promotional buy one get one on Mondays. And eventually turned into a buy one get one “small” for a dollar. Still, I decided to continue returning. Service has been great most of the time I’ve been coming here. We have had a couple issues in the past but nothing real crazy. However, my wife And I just went to get their special to find out that it’s been discontinued. I asked how much it will be and it’s going to cost me over $10 for two small blizzards. Dollar tree, grocery outlet, and giant are right outside of this location you can get a gallon of vanilla or chocolate ice cream plus candy to put on top of your ice cream for less than $10 and you could enjoy it for several days. Or you can drive to Bruster’s and get premium ice cream for less than Dairy Queen, which I think is preposterous. Thank you, Dairy Queen while it lasted, but I will not be coming back.

The ladies who work here really went above and beyond to help create my daughter’s dream cake! We corresponded by email to discuss ideas and creative solutions to make the Pottercorn ice cream cake happen. The first picture shows what I purchased and you can see the final product after I added finishing touches. When I picked it up, we were all worried about it sliding in the container and ruining the designs. One of the girls had a brilliant plan of of using sticky tack to hold it in place and it worked perfectly! Another helped me get it to my car safely. They shared my excitement for seeing the final product so I emailed photos. It was a joy to work with them. Additionally, I felt very safe as all the employees kept masks on and they had closed their indoor seating so I was the only customer in the building. I highly recommend this Dairy Queen location!!

I go in there regularly just for the pretzels they taste so good. I do recommend you go try them.

I’ve been going to this Dairy Queen for years. I always order the blizzards with chocolate ice-cream. The ice-cream barely has any chocolate in it and there is hardly any of the added ingredients in it such as the peanut butter cup blizzard or toffee and nut blizzard? I went to the DQ in Camp Hill and got a
Chocolate ice-cream blizzard with peanut butter cups and it was amazing! The chocolate ice-cream was right on point and I had chunks of peanut butter cups in every spoonful. I don’t know what is happening at the New Cumberland location….

Usually I don’t write bad reviews but I went to this store location two nights in a row and had bad experience, first let’s start the first night they gave me no freaking lids? I shouldn’t have to ask especially if I have a big order. My second night, they couldn’t make the twist, and ran out of chocolate ice cream! So they gave me a vanilla ice cream cone instead and didn’t even give me sprinkles!!! Like what? You have 5 people in there but cannot get my order correct.
Do better, and better service please.

I’ve always seen commercials and advertisements for food at Dairy Queen and decided I’d give it a try. Well…. this location apparently only sells hot dogs and fries. They didn’t have any fries. I then asked for a chili cheese dog and the cashier said they do not have chili. At this point I gave up on the food and got a smoothie. The smoothie was amazing. I’ll have to try the food another time. How

Oh boy, where do I even begin with my recent visit to Dairy Queen? It was an experience like no other, and despite the unexpected turn of events, I left with a belly full of delicious treats and a tale to tell!

Let me start by saying that the staff at this Dairy Queen location truly went above and beyond in the face of adversity. As I sat at one of the cozy booths, eagerly savoring my Blizzard, I noticed a commotion near the entrance. Before I could comprehend what was happening, a daring criminal burst into the store, waving what seemed to be a weapon. Panic filled the air as customers ducked for cover, their frozen treats abandoned on the tables.

Now, here comes the truly remarkable part: as it turns out, this audacious thief was allergic to peanuts! And you know what Dairy Queen is known for? Their scrumptious peanut butter sauce! Talk about a twist of fate! The brave staff members, armed with nothing but quick thinking and a few ice cream cones, launched an all-out assault on the assailant, pelting him with perfectly aimed ice cream cones. It was like watching a heroic scene from a movie!

The criminal, being allergic to peanuts, was already in a bad spot, but the addition of ice cream cone projectiles turned the tide in favor of justice. It was quite a sight to behold! The staff’s remarkable coordination and bravery in the face of danger were truly commendable. Kudos to them for turning a potentially dangerous situation into a heroic and hilarious one!

Now, let’s not forget the reason I came to Dairy Queen in the first place: the food! Despite the chaos unfolding around me, I managed to take a few bites of my Blizzard, and oh boy, it was absolutely divine! The perfect blend of creamy ice cream and mouthwatering mix-ins left my taste buds dancing with joy. Dairy Queen never fails to deliver on their promise of heavenly desserts.

In the end, the police arrived swiftly and apprehended the criminal, who was nursing a mild allergic reaction and a good deal of embarrassment. The atmosphere in the store quickly transformed from one of tension to relief and triumph. The Dairy Queen staff deserves all the applause for their courage, quick thinking, and impeccable ice cream cone aim!

In conclusion, my visit to this Dairy Queen will forever be etched in my memory. Not only did I enjoy their delectable treats, but I also witnessed a real-life superhero showdown involving ice cream cones and an allergic criminal. If you’re looking for both incredible food and an unexpected adventure, this Dairy Queen location is the place to be!

Shift manager Liz was very inconsiderate towards me today. I am in my second trimester of pregnancy and I really had to use the restroom, might I add me and my boyfriend come and spend money at this location ALL THE TIME! Why they couldn’t make an exception this once for me to use the bathroom without buying anything is beyond me but me and my bf will no longer be coming to this location after running errands. Seriously I have to pee like every 30 minutes and now I have to wait until I get home because there’s no other places in the area with a restroom. Idk, it’s just inconsiderate in my opinion especially to someone who is pregnant!
