I went to this Dairy Queen Today. I had an excellent experience. I ordered the Royal Ultimate Brownie Blizzard and they were very willing to substitute the brownie for Heath pieces. The space was very clean and well decorated. My ice cream was amazing and I will definitely come back to this location. I have been going here for years and I have genuinely never had a bad experience.

How can you eat at this Dairy Queen when their bathrooms are despicable somebody should call the health department totally unsanitary disgusting and these people are the ones making your food and ice cream. This is current photo October 2025.

Normally I’d give it a way better review but my fiancee stopped in to pick us up some ice cream with her little brother, made it known that there was a banana allergy, at first it all seemed okay but by the time I had started to eat my blizzard I had that familiar feeling of having an allergic reaction, and had to go to urgent care to get medical attention. Like I said normally we have a great experience and I know things happen but it makes me extremely anxious to go back.

The quality is rather poor here. Lots of poor experiences. We got a cake and the writing looked like it was done by a young child. The drinks and blizzards have been extremely runny. When I politely asked for another one, I watched the girls gossip about my outrageous request. The second one was terrible and barely mixed. During the same visit, the girls took the trash out through the front door right in front of me. It was discussing. When I placed a pickup order, my bag reeked of cigarette smoke. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I’ve had enough poor experiences where I feel confident saying this location could use some quality control.

Terrible customer service. When you have a mobile order line in your store, it should not take 35 minutes for someone to come wait on you. That is the point of ordering online and having a scheduled pickup time. If your staff can’t handle waiting on customers when there is more than one customer in the store, perhaps consider having a mobile order case available.

There were cash register issues today, and an irate old woman attempted to cut me in line. The supervisor promptly offered her the door and resumed our transaction. Unbelievably professional, and my food was well portioned and delicious. New favorite DQ, despite not having burgers.

Always a disappointing experience with this location. They skimp on blizzard mixins everytime. This last experience was missing 1 of the 2 mixin ingredients. Each occasional visit reminds me why we don’t visit this location as our go to Dairy Queen. I would rather have not gotten ice cream that paid for a disappointing $7 cup of plain ice cream.
