The visit to this location was probably the worst that I have ever experienced. Even though I had a fairly large order, just about every item was incorrect.
The staff was rude and unfortunately did not include my receipt to resolve the issue after the fact.
You would think that DQ should have better standards for the privately owned stores
Owner responded but never offered to credit for the incorrect order even offer anything, just an I’m sorry and hope you come back again.

Placed an order. Was read back correctly get the receipt and it is wrong. But they hand you your stuff and do not come back to the window. 2 on the order were correct. But once opened the one clearly had a shot of chocolate syrup in it which is not how it comes and not how it was ordered. It is not how it was wanted either. For how expensive it is a mess up isn’t cheap.

I have been craving a good hot dog so my wife bought me 2 chili cheese dogs this evening and they were not as expected at all. The chili taste horrible, hotdog looked and tasted like it had been warmed in the microwave, the cheese was not melted like it should have been. Very disappointed with something as simple as a chili dog. Has me feeling nauseous.

Ice creams good. They were out of the blizzard I wanted but whatever. The employee seemed less then thrilled to be there but she did her job. Clean as far as you can see. And the ” not responsible for cross contaminated ” is ridiculous. My friend has a allergy to peanuts. Made sure they were aware but hey ‘their not responsible’. Lol

I went to Dairy Queen for a banana split. When I received it….it didnt have a banana. Lol. The only thing that I requested was to leave off the nuts. Im not sure how she got “leave off the banana”.

So, I politely brought the mistake the employees attention. I then receive a HALF of a banana cut in half thrown in. (Photo on left). No, no, no. The website clearly shows a WHOLE banana. (Photo on right) Im sorry people, but if you are charging me $7.00 for a banana split, I had better get the whole banana. Lol Other than that, the employees were decent and the store was clean.

I don’t know why I keep trying…

This is at least the 5th time this location has made my order incorrectly. I always order a Blizzard. The flavor depends on what they have at the time. Right now they have the mixing bowl mashup blizzard. All I wanted was a large one of those and asked to add peanut butter sauce. Once I get home, I go to eat it and it isn’t even close to what was ordered. First of all there should be fudge mixed into it, and there wasn’t. Secondly, they put Reese’s cups instead of sauce. This is the most common mistake that they make every time they mess up the order.

I called the store to tell them of their mistake and the “shift supervisor” offered to write my name down to get a free one at a later time. I told her this wasn’t necessary and I’d rather her take down my name and number and have the store manager or owner call me back. She then hung up on me. Such a shame to lose returning customers due to shear incompetence. Maybe you should have someone older than 16 at the store at all times to oversee the operation.

My favorite place in the world. If I was stranded on desert island and could only have 1 food item it would be Dairy Queen chocolate ice cream.

I luv DQ, me and my son come at least once a week for a quick treat… The drive through is normally always crowded and cars spilling out into brodhead road which gets hectic. I can’t blame DQ for that but more so the customers who can’t merge correctly into the drive through. Unfortunately the last 3 times we’ve gone there’s been paper in our ice cream. At 1st I thought maybe I dropped it in there somehow. The 2nd time I definitely knew it was the workers and not me, this 3rd time there was enough paper to write a book (sarcasm). But seriously you guys have to be more careful. I’m glad it wasn’t something dangerous. Will I come back yes I just hope they take this review serious and make some changes.
