Hadn’t ordered in a while because there was always a problem. Missing items or driver texting me that he was waiting because order wasn’t ready. Ordered today food and blizzards. They sent the blizzards, but once again, not the food. Waiting for refund from UE. But, now if I want food I’ll have to order from somewhere else and pay fees and tip. No one’s gonna reimburse me for that.

My blizzard was served so soft and mushy that before I was half way done it was totally melted. I was drinking it. Aren’t they supposed to be so thick that they serve them upside down? I realize that they have just opened so I am willing to give them another try but they should step up their game. There are no other places to go for just ice cream in that area so done right it should be a success.

I ordered a birthday cake with an edible image of birthday balloons for my Mom’s 83rd birthday. Jane called the next day to tell me the image was discontinued and asked if I wanted another image. I asked her to either pick one out with flowers or she said she could save me the cost of the image and decorate it herself. I said either way just please make it pretty for my Mom. IT WAS BEAUTIFUL! (And delicious!)

First time visit with my kids no hard ice cream offer . Okay that was fine . Register person seemed quiet and un friendly not one person engaging ,not sore if it was manager but he was to busy on his cell phone. . I ordered a Sunday and when I got it questioned the size compared to advertisement , no engagement at all the girl took my cup threw it away and gave me another cup the exact same size! ???
