Went inside to order four steak fingers and they charge me the same price as a steak finger basket. So they’re basically ripping you off stealing. I guess I was talking to a manager and she said that’s just the way the prices are set and I told her that wasn’t right because you’re basically ripping people off. She said she would check into it.
I’ve voted for steak fingers from other Dairy Queen and they did not charge me a crazy price like this place. I’ll never come back here!

Ordered triple buster combo and Leslie i believe took my order here in Plainview and when I got to the window I let her know she didn’t ask me what kind of drink I wanted and then was very rude and pretty much called ma a liar say that I did not say that so I said I wanted the combo after all so they added the fries and drink separately charging me for both making my order way more than it should have been because she said they can’t void the sale and re do it the way I ordered it I was upset and even after that she didn’t give me my drink so I had to go inside to get it and even then she acted like she did give it to me so I didn’t want to argue with her anymore so.i just left upset and will not go back ever again and will let everyone know how this place is and her as well

I ordered tacos and it was very greasy on the bottom of my tray. Enough grease to make my tacos soggy. We didn’t get napkins and we ordered a Coke and Dr. Pepper then had to guess which one was which. We weren’t impressed. I know they can do better because I have seen it.

Worst service ever. I know the name of the girl who took my order in drive through, but I’ll leave it anonymous. Also my drinks were made wrong as they forgot the whipped cream AND syrup on top of my moolattes, yet gave us dome lids. Makes zero sense. And I never got straws. Like they expected me to drink my LATTE with a straw. They lack common sense and customer service skills.

Ordered through the drive through and had asked for no mustard xtra mayo on my burgers and got a lot of mustard on both of them. Called and the manager Leslie was SO NICE she got my order fixed and had the BEST customer service ever. The mustard was the only bad part I really hate mustard lol

Let me start by saying she lied to make a sale. I started by asking if they had chocolate ice cream. She said yes. I tasted it and it was vanilla. I wanted a blizzard with only chocolate ice cream with only 2 scoops of brownies. I got vanilla ice cream with chocolate put in and brownies topped with chocolate chunks. She lied about what she even served then refused me a manager. I haven’t checked the burgers yet because I haven’t made it home and there was a line behind me so I didn’t have time to check. There better be bo ketchup because that will kill my husband and should be an easy request but since they can’t be honest about what they sell might not be so honest. Just be honest when someone asks if you have chocolate ice cream say no and I will spend my $25.62 somewhere else. I won’t be back they can’t be honest I could have eaten somewhere else.
