Just ordered two small blizzards, waited 15 minutes, then went back to the counter to ask again. There is no role model to teach these kids manners or how to treat a customer. Ignoring the customer seems to be what they do best.

Fast service walking in due to very long drive thru line. The three blizzards were made quite fast to my surprise. The one larger blizzard was just ice cream in the bottom half. Very clean inside.

I still don’t fully understand what they are doing with their drive thru windows. They seem to be taking money and giving food at both windows but the staff aren’t very clear that they are doing it different from every other drive thru ever but still seem upset when people get it wrong.

I ordered a beef taco salad. Tell me why I opened the box and saw that the meat was placed on the outside of the taco shell, instead of it being inside the shell with the lettuce and tomatoes. I even stated for the jalapenos and sauce to be put on the side. Not the meat. Smh. The meat grease soaked through the box, to were it was beginning to form a hole in the side of the box. The shell itself was falling apart and while looking for the sour cream that I thought was suppose to be on top was in a package laying under the meat. No sauce in the bag, guess where it was at? the two sauce packages was laying under the taco shell. I was looking around in the bag, thinking they forgot it. Who wants to eat their taco salad and when they reach the bottom and find packages of sauce laying there. Smh. My first order was not good, jalapenos look like somebody thrown them on there. I gave it another try in ordering the same thing today. Well today it was totally worse. I scooped up the meat from the side of the box and had to put it on my myself.
