Reviews
The atmosphere feels brighter, less cluttered and you can tell there’s pride in how the place is being run now. It’s honestly been such a joy stopping by again — especially for a quick drive-thru sweet treat.
We’re really impressed with the changes and so happy to have this DQ how it is now. Keep up the great work!

❌ Disappointing visit — and unfortunately, nothing has improved since our last experience here back on March 9, 2025. ❌
This location was decorated for Christmas , but the inside of the store is… strange. The layout is awkward and unlike any Dairy Queen I’ve ever been in — and not in a good way. It feels disorganized and uncomfortable from the moment you walk in.
The young employee who served us (pictured previously) handed me what was supposed to be a Large Caramel Sundae … except it was comically small. My wife’s Large Vanilla Cone next to it made the difference painfully obvious. After she pointed it out, he offered to add “a little more” ice cream — but even then, the portion was still laughable.
When my wife mentioned that the Princeton, TX Dairy Queen gives much larger portions, his response was simply:
“I’ve never been to Princeton.” ♂️
That was it. No apology. No effort to make it right. Just indifference.
No Receipt. No Napkins. No Straw.
We weren’t given a receipt , napkins , or even a straw for our water. These are absolute basics. How does a Dairy Queen forget napkins entirely? That alone says a lot about the level of care here.
Dangerous Location & Awful Entrance
The problems don’t stop inside. This is hands-down one of the worst store locations I’ve ever seen. If you’re driving eastbound, there’s no direct access — you’re forced to U-turn , and immediately after completing it, the road splits into an exit ramp ️.
The entrance to Dairy Queen sits right at that split, making it feel like a legitimate accident waiting to happen . Fast traffic comes over the hill, and trying to turn in is genuinely unsafe . It’s stressful and poorly thought out.
Between:
• ❌ Poor service
• ❌ Inconsistent, stingy portions
• ❌ Missing basic items
• ❌ A bizarre store layout
• ❌ And a dangerously bad entrance
This location continues to disappoint — just as it did earlier this year. Nothing has changed, and nothing has improved. We will not be returning.
Breakfast avaliable, there is additional
Somewhat secluded seating at the front of the building. When I’m with all the ladies, that’s where we like to sit. Bathrooms are descent shape, to the left in the building.
The folks are friendly, the menu works just like a Texas born dq. Plenty of car parking,
Seniors discount excellent! 3 different salad choices fresh!
Bravo!
