I love this Dairy Queen the most out of the 3 around me. They’re clean, the staff is always kind and helpful, and their products are made well! I’ve ordered 3 birthday cakes in the past 2 months and they’ve nailed each one. Super easy to work with, they deserve 5 stars. The hundreds of times I’ve been in here by myself or with my family it’s always been good. Thank you, Harleysville DQ!

Came through a couple days ago, finally got around to writing this review. I ordered a mint chip blizzard but was given a mint chip shake, pulled back around and the kid apologized for the error and said he’d fix it. Asked him if I just got to keep my shake he gave me and he said he’d ask a manager. The manager came and told me I needed to give the shake back even though I had driven off with it and removed the paper from the top of the straw. Pretty sure this goes against the law and I vocalized it to the kid after the manager left, he just said sorry. Can’t imagine profits are so slim the manager had to take back my small mint shake which was their mistake. Whatever.

I don’t often write reviews, but I never had a good experience at a dairy queen before today and it deserved a review just for that! I am not
super close to the area, but I was nearby visiting a friend and decided to stop by for a treat. To start, I love the fact that they have a drive through – it was so quick and easy! Second, the team working there is so nice and had an amazing energy that was so refreshing to see! Finally, (and arguably the most important one) my blizzard was delicious and perfectly made! Overall I had such an amazing experience and i can’t wait to come back to this DQ soon

Horrible customer service. Soda tasted horrible. Blizzard was mostly vanilla ice cream even though I ordered extra Oreo and paid for it. Manager told us it was made with extra and was rude to us when we politely questioned it and told us to pay more if we wanted them to add even more. So basically order extra extra extra extra topping if you want it made right and overpay for it. No thank you.

Restroom for employees only is ridiculous if your a customer coming in (giving the business, business $). It’s exceptionally rude when the “employee only” bathroom is right in front of your face to where you can touch it. God forbid you have to do what us humans do, and pee- you have to piss on the side or back of the building! Never giving my business here, walked out & did what I had to do to live. Will be nice when the Restroom Access law is in place in this state.

I can’t believe I’m leaving this review but I’m so shocked as to how horrible the product, customer service and MANAGER were. I’m not a Karen by any means, but when I order “extra” Oreos in a blizzard it’s not my first rodeo. Charge me whatever. I don’t care. I received a VANILLA ice cream in a cup and nicely said “I ordered extra Oreo” Manager comes to the window and tells me “I could give you a cup of Oreos on the side, but I’d have to charge you more. We put in what you paid for”. Now, this is no life or death situation, the world is full of legitimate problems, however this Dairy Queen is run by rude people so you should definitely take your business somewhere else until they decide to be better. Wild.

I noticed the employees are not compliant with federal OSHA workplace safety standards. I could hardly understand what the server was saying to me. Could you imagine if there was a fire, and communication is muted? It’s a great place other than what I have observed. They’re very friendly and the ice cream is terrific.

Drive thru service was pretty quick. A tad let down with the blizzard purchase. First half was good with toppings well mixed in. Bottom half had pretty much no topping and all ice cream. It was only a medium so I would think that would be easier to mix than a larger size.
