Taste is great everything is prepared when you ask for it. You will have to wait for your food but is good, prices are ok. Atmosphere well is a food truck. Not much to say there. Service is okay. It’s not like they greet you or nothing it could be better.

Went today to Chelos and was disappointed when I got home to eat my pernil (roast pork) and arroz con gandules. No seasoning whatsoever. Sorry but this dish gets a rating of 1 out of 5 (5 being great). The pork had absolutely no flavor it was awful and the rice had very little seasoning. So disappointed. Now the mofongo with shrimp that I give a 4 out of 5. The garlic sauce was flavorful and the shrimp were done perfect the mofongo was slightly hard but eatable otherwise they would have received a 5.And yes I am Puerto Rican and I do make these dishes at home and had them in other truck stop/restaurants, so I do know what I’m talking about. Just a little constructive criticism so they can correct and improve on their pernil. Wishing them all the best.

The food here is really great all the time but the only thing that is very awkward and I don’t go to often now is because the little short Spanish lady that looks Mexican that works there- I think she drives a red car- she always has an attitude and never smiles and always looks like you are bothering her when you go try to order your food other than that this place rocks.

I only get the Pinchos from here and it’s good. The prices are getting too high and the wait time is ridiculous! Only 1 person taking orders and making the food. I also recommend putting fans and music outside while people wait.

The food is good. BUT THEY NEED TO GET ADDITIONAL EMPLOYEES TO SPEED UP the order process. They take forever to get your food done. And I get It it’s fresh to order but one person taking the orders and cooking is unrealistic. But the food is good.
