This store is always clean. It is new. Plus they usually get the orders correct. The staff is friendly. But today while I was eating my blizzard I couuld here the staff talking and it was stuff I did n ot wish to hear while eating or anywhere really. Now the staff all seems to be teens so really it could.have been far worse. OVER ALL this is an exceptional DQ location!

Store seems to always be busy. Wait is usually minimal. Only negative I really have has to do with drive thru at closing. My husband and I got there just before closing, 10-15 minutes before their posted closing time, and got in the drive thru lane. I don’t recall how many cars were in line before us, 5 or 6 maybe. There were 2 cars ahead of us when we noticed we hadn’t moved in a ‘minute’ and noticed it was 1 minute past the posted closing time. We waited another 5 minutes, after asking the car at the speaker if anyone had acknowledged them at the speaker (no). I was hoping they would finish helping the customers that had arrived before closing and had waited patiently in line but at the very least some message saying ‘Sorry, we’re closed” I got neither. Other than that I can’t say I have any complaints.

It’s ice cream, and who doesn’t love ice cream except for those who are lactose intolerant? Service was ok, but it’s fast food and run by teenagers, so expectations were low. They did as well as expected. Girl at the window didn’t hand me all of my food and then just stared at me like I was supposed to move. I politely told her what she was forgetting, and she apologized.

Always waiting 20+ minutes for my order, even when the place has barely any people. Don’t bother getting food from the drive thru, by the time you get home your fries are soggy and have turned to mush and the ice cream is melted. Always out of chocolate ice cream too. They offer something else, no I want what I ordered. Overall sloppy business. If you’re lucky the food can be pretty good.

I swear we always end up disappointed when we go to the pasco dairy queen. 90% of the time we will drive out of our way and go to the richland one. There is never any of the pink frosting stuff that goes in the the cotton candy blizzard and tonight when we ordered a kids cheese burger with ketchup only we received a hamburger, no cheese with pickles and mustard on it. Also, pretty much just vanilla ice cream in our cotton candy blizzards.
