The fries are always cold when I get home. I only live 3 minutes away. The cashiers don’t listen very well. I asked for extra patties on both my burgers but nope only order received an extra patty. We hardly eat out anymore bc there’s always something else wrong with our orders. I was hoping they would just get the order right for once. In addition they always make the ice cream sundaes too soon so they sit on the counter melting. My sundaes were melted‼️‼️‼️

I went through the drive thru and got a few combos for my family. I also ordered one large fry. When I looked at my receipt, I saw they charged me for two large fries, however, I only received one with my order. When I went back through to ask for a refund, they refused to refund and offered me another fry instead. I told them I didn’t want the fry and just wanted a refund for their mistake. They refused, saying they don’t offer refunds (even for being mistakenly overcharged), then the employee claims her manager said “they know that second fry was put in the order.” So between being refused a refund for THEIR mistake and acting like I was being dishonest yeah I won’t be visiting here again.

I went through the drive-thru today for a small blizzard. That was the only thing ordered. We were behind maybe, six cars, so me and my mom expected a little wait. We waited 20 minutes. 20 whole minutes, no exaggeration, because the last text my mom sent just as we went in line was that long ago. It costed $6.06 for a small blizzard. Inflation is crazy, I get that, but let’s not inflate our time too. Ask people ordering large amounts to pull forwards and bring them out their order when people only have a couple things behind them. Also, blizzard was not fully mixed, I could still see a bit of base color. Tasted fine but figured I would note it anyways.

I’ve never had a bad experience until noww.. We’ve been coming here for years. Tonight our meal was nearly $50 the guy at the drive through hands us two small blizzards.. we had meals with drinks and blizzards. He comes back and says oh we accidentally deleted the order then proceeds to get our meal. When we got the food we were missing two drinks. When we got the drinks one was not the right size we ordered. The Customer service was horrible all around.
