Lots of employees standing around. Nobody took my order or greeted me so I walked out. Guess they didn’t need the business. Employees had some great conversations about Aberdeen and other stuff though.

I had a problem at the DQ in Rochester, WA. While at the business next door, a DQ employee named Heather came out of DQ and walked all the way to the back of the parking lot of the business next door (McD’s), just to harass me. I filed a complaint about her. Days later, as I was again at the business next door, Heather misused 911 to falsely report that I was doing narcotics in my car. Her claim was dismissed as “clearly unfounded” by the Sheriff. About 2 weeks later, as I again visited the business next door, Heather called 911 to AGAIN file another false report about me! I filed a protection order to stop Heather from stalking and harassing me. Today, several weeks later, I went to this DQ in Centralia to order. As I was sitting in my car deciding what to order on my app, 2 men came out and told me I am banned from the Centralia DQ, because I had complained about Heather at the Rochester DQ!! WHAT?? SERIOUSLY?? So—BEWARE!! If you dare to complain about a DQ employee, the employee will take revenge on you and DQ supports the revenge, even taking their own revenge by banning you from ALL DQ’s!!!

All the staff was nice and the food was pleasant ice-cream was Delicious. I was excited that everyone spoke English as there primary language, and had no additude. Alot of them have been bought out by grumpy people from different countries, and there rude to the customers. Thankfully not here.

The young man working the front counter today at 7:pm deserves a raise or at least positive credit. I ordered a chicken salad and it was not made aware it had pork on it and I don’t eat pork. I went back in and he very quickly was willing to remake the salad because of not being advertised. The cook in the back was displeased and the young man handled the situation with kindness, understanding, and care. Watching him work while waiting, you can tell he is a young man of good character. Thank you.

The food is good and blizzards are awesome but there are a couple of employees that can’t take a joke or are very uptight. I wish I would have taken my receipt so I had her name but we were joking and she must have taken it the wrong way which is fine maybe she was having a bad day and I wasn’t that funny but then she refused to hand us our food.. she made the person that went to hand it to her give it to us which was weird and inappropriate just ignore us and do your job no need for a tantrum. Sorry for joking and I might be going out of my way for dairy queen from now on lol

Wanted to order a blizzard for me and my bird and seen no sign saying no animals allowed posted, so I went in the facility with my bird since she cannot wait in the car unattended and proceeded to order when the manager I assume comes out and pretty much calls me stupid for not knowing my bird was not allowed in the facility without posted notifications on the building. I will never eat at this place again after being disrespected due to the restaurant not posting the signs saying no animals.

Food was great, but the blizzard brought it down to a 3. The bottom quarter of the mint brownie I ordered was not blended at all. Almost no mint and no chocolate made it to the bottom. Other than that, the food was good.

Best place to get milk shakes . Free parking. Restrooms are clean. Easy access from the highway . Sandwiches are made fresh. I really like the service.

The worst DQ. This burger had sauce all over the outside of the box and inside the bag.. my hand was covered when I pulled it out..The burger was cold and cheese had been melted at some point so it was hot. It was probably yesterday’s burger. It took them forever to get the order out they were doing more playing around and joking around with each other than working. last few times it hasn’t been edible.. so I’m done. Can’t give zero or I would. between my boyfriend and I we would go there two or three times a week not necessarily together but they used to get a lot of our business. DON’T WAIST YOUR MONEY
