Went twice recently.
First time was the drive through.
Employees goofing off, visiting each-other, and watching videos on their phones.
Not very friendly, they do not speak English well enough to take your order without making mistakes.
Shut the window on us for a very long time without telling us if they knew we only had half of our small order.
Came back recently to order a plain ice cream sheet cake and asked if they could write my daughter’s name and happy birthday.
Gave them 48 hours notice and paid in full in advance.
Took them a a weirdly long to write the message on the cake.
If it didn’t turn out so comically bad I would probably be mad about it.

I couldn’t leave a review on the actual website, it’s so hard to find. I found something that said I needed my receipt but i’m pretty sure your employees didn’t give it to me for a reason. I ordered through uber eats today February 13th at 12:30am my food go delivered at 1:10 and when I grabbed my 61¢ RANCH it was literally half empty bro. I couldn’t even eat the damn chicken. I’m a fast food employee and I would never give half empty sauce no matter what the time of day is.

I sat in drive thru for about 15-20 minutes. Made me late! I order a chicken (4 piece) instead of a drink I asked for a blizzard. 3 cars were a head of me. 1st car got a drink & small bag 2nd car two ice cream items the 3rd only a blizzard. I gve my money & I still sit for another 5 minutes. They hand me a med bag. I take off. No blizzard inside, fries are barely warm. Chicken is warm not hot so, I know they sat for a few minutes. $19 & some change…didn’t get everything & what I got was barely warm!

Just use their drive-through a few minutes ago. The gentleman was friendly, he was also fast and efficient and I was in and out of the drive-through and on my way back home in no time. I would definitely recommend this Dairy Queen.
Edit: just sat down to eat my Blizzard (Reese’s pb cup with xtra Reese’s) and it is packed with Reese’s! Delicious

Absolutely disgusting, first of all the small blizzard they up the price and almost everything in the menu. Second of all the guy who handed me my blizzard they gave me the spoon from the end I’m supposed to eat from. So gross, and I’ve been here a couple of times and it seems like these guys don’t know anything about sanitation they don’t wash they’re hands and just grab things. Also some people where sitting on top of a counter right behind the food so their butts where literally next to the food. Never go here and I’m hoping people don’t ever. I’m going to the other Dairy Queen even though it’s further.

Beware! Watch what they are charging you! Went through the drive through tonight. Ordered a peanut buster parfait and two cheeseburger combos. When we heard them say it would be “$45 at the window” we thought we heard wrong! The menu sign showed the meals were $8.99 each and the Peanut Buster parfait couldn’t have been over $10. We questioned it at the windows and the guy said “yeah, it’s expensive we had to raise prices and the combos are now $12.99” even at that price the order still wouldn’t have been $45! Seems very sketchy to me as they advertise one price and then charge another. How many customers have they taken advantage of who didn’t question the pricing. Will never go here again. We will continue to drive a little out of our way to the one on 116th.

Zero stars. Why do we have someone working that doesn’t speak English? This is so absurd. Interrupted us with “what else” every time we ordered an item (we only ordered 4 mind you).
I pull forward and see an old man behind us, and tell the worker we’d like to buy his order too, and he kept saying “order?” Because he didn’t understand English. I proceeded to ask him to put his tab on my card and he repeated “what is order”. This is literally insane. Then got our blizzard orders wrong. Probably because he kept interrupting.

Night crew is always lazy and cheap. Ordered a chicken basket and they wouldn’t make me gravy and said they were all “out” and they weren’t. I came at 10pm and this place doesn’t even close until 2am. When I got my basket, it was missing toast and when I asked if I could have toast, the staff got upset and manager told me to leave because they were “all out too” and didn’t want to replace it with extra fries to make it right. Really? Paying expensive prices and can’t even get the full box of what it’s supposed to come with. Don’t even get me started on the ice cream. Toppings aren’t even there most the time, it’s really disheartening. Love paying $16 for two plain vanilla ice creams that were supposed to be strawberry cheesecake

I will not be going to this Dairy Queen any longer. The people are always extremely rude, and the service is ridiculously slow and my blizzard was watery liquid. Save your time and sanity and go annywhere else.
