Ordered a plain cheeseburger and got gaslit by the manager about it because it had ketchup on it… I showed the underage looking worker said they would make another and I threw it away. Instead of listening to her employee explain what happened, making another and leaving it at that- she came to my table when my son and I were eating alone and told her I ordered a plain cheeseburger and it had ketchup which isn’t plain. She asked WHAT I DID WITH IT and I told her I threw it away because it’s not a plain cheeseburger. She literally had me thinking I was crazy so I had to google “what is a plain cheeseburger.”
I used to work for Boeing and come to this DQ regularly on my lunch break for years but the new owners/ managers suck. Train your employees to know what a plain cheeseburger means instead of blaming them and making it awkward and frustrating for your employees and customers.
I was going to buy an ice cream birthday cake there before we left but decided to go elsewhere after that.

Never fails my wife is a creature of habit. Medium Oreo with extra Oreos. But this is the only other Dairy Queen that stays open til 1:00 besides Marysville. But this late crew of guys who are the same workers late night will charge extra every time but will literally give me an ice cream with as little Oreos as possible. It might as well be vanilla. I paid for extra give me my extra. I wish the one on evergreen was open late because this one is ridiculous. Smh

Place was a mess. Asked for 2 Sundaes both fudge asked for one to have butterscotch was charged for extra topping. We got one with barely any hotfudge and the butterscotch was a teaspoon amount and well you can see the amount… none…Pictures of what we got. Will not return to this location.

Just a word of caution if you use their rewards program, you cannot upload the receipts to your app. When they take your card too, have you pay they ask if you want to receive somehow when you want to upload the receipt to your app you get no points for that so just a word of caution seems just kind of like a scam and so unfortunate with this corporation people like the folks that are running, the store are going to give a bad reputation for not honoring their rewards program.

I love this DQ! The location is only about 2 miles from me and I visit often. Staff are so friendly and quick! Even during busy times with many people in line at the Drive Thru, I’m able to order and pick up in a very reasonable time! Typically my whole visit time is less than 5 min! I’ve yet to have had my order be incorrect or poorly made! The few times I actually went into the store to pick up those delicious DQ ice cream cakes, the lobby was very clean and orderly! Definitely my favorite DQ with my favorite staff! Keep up the great work and thank you for the fantastic service that keeps my family coming back over and over again! See you soon!
