I recently visited Dairy Queen of Inland Wood with my two daughters to purchase Dilly Bars. The customer service was exceptional, characterized by a positive and friendly attitude from the staff. The interior of the establishment was notably clean, neat, and well-maintained.
Furthermore, I was informed about a survey opportunity which, upon completion, entitled me to a complimentary Dilly Bar, a process that took minimal time. I highly recommend this location for its excellent service and pleasant environment.

I recently visited this Dairy Queen location with my family and had a very pleasant experience. The customer service was excellent, with the staff being very friendly, patient, and professional when taking our order.
The store interior was clean, tidy, and well maintained, which made the dining experience more comfortable. Our order was prepared quickly, and the quality of the food was very good, especially the desserts we purchased.

They definitely made there own version of the blizzard here. They dont use the original recipe for the blizzard as normal. Too bad. Tastes like dust and not chunks like other DQ’s.

Great staff, great food. I took my wife, myself and four of our kiddos swimming at Lynnwood pool, they really wanted Dairy Queen afterwards. We ordered a lot and the staff was very quick, friendly and efficient. Bravo Zulu gentlemen!

We went for a special celebration. The oreo sundae with fries was a nice treat. The restaurant was clean. The service was attentive and the food was as I expected. Way to go!

Guy working the drive through on 10/28 at 7PM has no manners. Doesnt talk, doesnt respond and stares at you. I simply just asked for extra flame sauce and said my thank yous to only find nothing extra in the bag. Should probably not work a service job.

100/10 Customer service & food tonight! We didn’t realize the limits of our coupons tonight and the staff & manager took care of us and helped us anyway! They were very helpful and caring, though we were a bit embarrassed of our mistake they made sure we didn’t feel embarrassed. Will 100% be coming back to this location, one of the best customer service encounters we’ve had. Thank you guys again!

19 August – National Happy Soft Serve Ice Cream and Potato Day. A Superman “Blizzard” and a fudgy, peanut “Parfait” were the dessert choices. The Cheeseburger Deluxe was large and tasty. The Chicken tenders with fries and toast was very good too.

Ordered one of the new blizzards. When I received it, it had a children’s spoon in it. It didn’t even reach halfway into the cup. The blizzard was mostly pretzels. Hard to eat a blizzard without a spoon, wish they would have told me they were out BEFORE I ordered. Unless you like pretzels in your ice cream, I wouldn’t recommend the Take Five blizzard.
