I love the new management this Dairy Queen is under! Krystle’s doing an awesome job. The food is still fast food, so subpar, but if you want a quick meal and great customer service, definitely go through the Dairy Queen!

Anyone else like paying for 1/4 filled ranch containers? I know I sure don’t. Or asking for a new one and getting handed the same one? Lately food quality is declining customer service is nowhere to be found. Uniform?? Nope just grimy hoodies. I didn’t appreciate “crystal” being disrespectful with a bad attitude. I waited very patiently for 35 minutes in the drive through to be treated with disrespect when it was not busy.

I’ve been a repeat customer at this Dairy Queen, but my most recent visit made it clear I won’t be returning during certain shifts.
I was refused service because I had my service dog with me, despite the fact that he is well-behaved and has accompanied me here multiple times without issue. On past visits, the property owner had no problem with my service animal and even offered him ice cream.
Under ADA guidelines, service animals are legally allowed in food establishments. No documentation is required, and refusing service based solely on a service animal is not acceptable.
The interaction was uncomfortable and felt unnecessarily hostile. I left without being served, even though I was simply trying to order a hamburger.
I hope management provides clearer training so this doesn’t happen to other customers who rely on service animals.

Clean locally owned chain. My only complaint about the Blizzard is it costs too much! $6 for small fake ice cream. Young man who helped us was friendly.

Three times in a row. My order was bad. I wasn’t able to go back around. There was too many people in line again and I could not go in. The fish sandwich was absolutely hideous and the chicken strips were cold and tasted freezer burnt. The day before that they didn’t even get the onion rings into the order. It took 20 minutes to get an order out. I’ve spent about $100 on the most worthless garbage and the just absolutely the worst.

Stopped here on Easter night to get a small vanilla soft serve cone with sprinkles. When ordering, the woman on the other end was having trouble understanding me, which was frustrating because I felt I was being very clear. I thought maybe she was stressed working a holiday and am willing to give grace for that.
When I got to the window and she handed me my cone, it had barely any sprinkles. Usually the whole ice cream part of the cone would be covered in a sprinkle layer when I get this at other locations. I politely asked if I could get more sprinkles and the woman got really snippy, almost yelling, and said “that will be extra, I will have to charge you for more sprinkles!”. At that point I said nevermind just give it to me as is and the woman went off about how this is a standard amount and I should never receive more sprinkles than this.
Overall, she was extremely rude, so beware if she’s working!

Went there today gravy was literal gravy water my fries were cold and the young lady working today was just rude while taking our order makes me not want to go there and I live in this town kinda tragic I don’t know if this helps but the young lady had a little patch of pink hair on the back of her head and was very very rude and I forgot that I ordered pretzel sticks and there was no queso in the bag

Look up this place online it says the drive through was open until 10pm, showed up at 9:15 the employees hid in the back to not answer the drive through and than declined a phone call… Would not recommend going here

Update: under new management so far same great service. New fountain soda machine!
Service was quick, friendly, and accurate. No issues, only negative which very minor is there wasn’t any Wifi.
