needs more staff or better training, workers are all in visible distress and overwhelmed by the amount of orders . doordashers in the lobby saying they hate having to run orders here because of how slow it is. everyone working here was clearly frustrated as were the customers.

This place is so amazing! We went through Prineville for dinner on a family trip.
The atmosphere in there is unlike any DQ I’ve ever seen. The decorations are amazing and you can tell they take so much pride in their location. Tables, windows, and floors were spotless.
The service was astounding. The attention to detail on our order was amazing given that we were a family of 5 with a rather large and picky order. I think it was Conner(sp?) and Amanda who served us and they were so helpful and cheerful. The food was hot and fresh and no details were missed in our special requests.

It’s DQ, but in context it’s a great DQ. The place was spotless, the decor was well done, food was even brought to the table.
The cashier (didn’t catch his name, but I’m sure everyone knows who he is) was very enthusiastic and friendly. This was about as good as I could have expected.

So. Just went to DQ in prineville. Took 25 mins to get my order. At the 20 min mark, I asked about the status of my food and was told they gave it to someone else but my food should be coming right up .. I get home and open up my hot dog and it’s covered in hair, like someone did it on purpose. I will return tomorrow to get a refund and I will never return

Waited over 30 minutes for our food. You can tell the blizzard was made first and sat there while our hot food was cooking as it was a melted mess by the time I got it. I would have returned it for a new one but we were in a rush and only passing through town. The fries were lukewarm and soggy. I usually love DQ’s fries but I’ve never gotten them like this. Good thing there are other options in town, like the Tastee Treet, which we visited today after passing through again on our way home. Definitely will not be stopping by this DQ next time we are in town.

Got a small blizzard from here. They overflowd the cup and put a sunday lid on it, so when I got it it was impossible to open without spilling it. Then I went in to ask them to correct it and instead of giving me a new one they just scraped the extra off and gave it back to me all sticky and gross with a soda lid. The blizzard was a royal strawberry cheesecake. It had 2 small pieces of strawberry in it. Very unhappy with this service. I’m happy I’m not local because this is unacceptable. You should take pride in your work. You do not. Lucky you get 2 stars.
