Every time I’ve gone to this location for a blizzard, its all wrong. Tonight, I order a Choco Dipped Strawberry blizzard; emphasis on STRAWBERRY. The thing had zero strawberry in it, and about half cup of chocolate chunks in it. It was nauseating. I cant imagine who in their right mind would hand that to a paying customer. Forget it not being what I ordered, who puts that much chocolate in ice cream? Disgraceful.

Good enough food..as expected for Dairy Queen. Waaay to many peanuts in my Parfet..that was disappointing. More icecream less nuts and hot fudge next time would be nice..DQ almost always shorts you on icecream these days.

First time at this DQ. We were a party of 8. Our orders were filled in about 5 minutes. Everything was good and as expected from a DQ. Staff was friendly. Place was immaculate and very festively decorated for Halloween.

The food is usually over cooked if you ever get it. Placed multiple orders with them hoping for the best but get nothing but bad results. Sometimes the food never shows up. The food is usually burnt to a crisp or they don’t even make it for you. I’d give no stars but had to put something.

I love the Biddle Rd DQ! Service is always exceptional and kind! They are the only DQ that has my Hawaiian blizzard that I have had for over 35 years! Dylan and Josh were awesome!

Dairy Queen is a pretty tasty place to eat. They typically have good french fries and hamburgers. And lots of blizzards, milkshakes, and ice cream treats! They have some decent lunch deals also, which are good when you need something quick.

I have to say this is probably the worst experience I have ever had with dairy queen. I had to constantly repeat myself as I order. I ordered a banana split and was told there was no more bananas. As we pull up to the window there was a banana in the window, I asked isn’t that a banana and the girl said “I dont know where that came from and laughed”. All of my food was cold and was just thrown together. Im not one to complain but this was just ridiculous. 7/16/2022 9:42pm

I only ordered ice cream I was hungry and walked over from the hotel. I looked in the back at the assembly line to see the guy with bare hands and long hair with no hair net making hamburgers taking each ingredients and placing it on the hamburger. The girl who took my order couldn’t add my change together so I had to help her add the right amount. The guy at the counter also got ornery when I added some root beer to my blizzard said I didn’t pay for a soda so I paid him for the few onces that would fit on the top. Place is ran by a bunch of kids. Not very professional! Who knows what teenagers are doing with their bare hands before touching all of the food before its served.

SO BUMMED… all I wanted was a Choco Brownie Extreme blizzard. This doesn’t even have the rich dark brown color from the chocolate.
