My family and I order 4 blizzards. The staff delivered what was mostly just vanilla ice cream with VERY LITTLE amounts of the toppings we ordered. Reese’s blizzard had no chunks or flavor of Reese’s. Oreo and snickers and butterfinger that we ordered was the same. Felt like they were cutting corners or saving toppings. Very dissatisfied. I’m not a fatty with an attitude either…it was ridiculous.

The burger was dry, my fries were stale as soon as I got the bag, I was given an additional small fry instead of cheese curds as a side with my wife’s order, and on top of that received Diet Pepsi instead of dr. Pepper. I would’ve had better luck telling them to “surprise me”. The customer service however was fantastic, very polite crew.

I ordered cupcakes for my son’s birthday at 12pm to be ready for pickup at 4pm. I arrived at 4:30 & presented my receipt to the cashier & he went to look for my order & said nobody made it. I asked why not when I ordered it 4 hours ago & he said they didn’t have any prepared & it would take some extra time, also lacked ingredients (so how would you make it) I was there 30 minutes late so he actually already had extra time. You guys should really work on communication with each other and your customers because that was very inconvenient. Someone could have called or sent me an email or SOMETHING. Thanks for the refund but MY GAWD that was frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!

Location needs to go easy on the ketchup…. They always put a disgusting amount on my burger… Yeah if I order a different Burger with let’s say barbecue sauce on it they completely forget the barbecue sauce…

I always receive quality food from this Dairy Queen. I’ve been very satisfied not only with their food but Roman specifically even provided me with excellent customer service when I had a delivery order issue. I had one missing item in a large order and they not only refunded me but also provided me with a very generous gift card to make up for their mistake. I love ordering from this DQ and will continue to in the future! Thank you!

Dairy Queen is always an easy choice — conveniently located right across from SpaceAge and perfect when you’re craving something sweet on the go. Their Blizzards are consistently delicious, rich, and satisfying every time.
As for the food, it’s just so-so. The burgers and fries get the job done, but they’re not what keeps me coming back. Overall, it’s a quick, friendly stop for a frozen treat, but not somewhere I’d go for a full meal.

I came in before they were just about to close. Super annoying, I know. But the crew that was working that night were absolutely awesome. Not one dirty look or side eye. I was really thankful cause I did feel like a jerk rolling in so late. Plus I ordered a lot of food. I would have been mad at me. Thanks Dairy Queen crew!

I’m seeing all of these 1 star reviews and I’m honestly surprised, Came here with my wife and son, We are 110% impressed with the food quality and the customer service was top notch!! I normally don’t eat fast food, but I was hungry and stopped in to grab lunch between clients, I ordered a cheeseburger and fries, I took 2 bites off the burger and on the 2nd bite out came a long hair. It was it was between the burger and bun. I was very disgusted, didn’t want to eat the fries either at that point.
I will say the lady at the counter was very nice, the person in the kitchen area, not so much. I will never eat here again. Very disappointing experience.

Everyone is always super friendly there and the Blizzards, Sundaes, and milkshakes are always great!
The drive-thru line always moves fast too!
The puppy treats are great too!
