Man. Something has changed drastically at this location. My medium sundae was SO tiny. The point of the domed lids is because the ice cream is supposed to stand above the bottom dish. I was done with my whole sundae in 8 bites. Kiddo’s favorite Oreo brownie cupfection had 3 pieces of Oreo. The girl at the window couldn’t figure out tap to pay. I had to tell her that the right screen for payment wasn’t even showing up. We used to love this DQ. What happened??? Also– DQ relations team–instead of replying to reviews asking people to contact YOU, to get the local franchise contact, WHY DON’T YOU JUST POST THAT EMAIL AND NUMBER DIRECTLY?

Got a blizzard and took it home, took like two bites and realized it was rancid. Smelled it and it smelled sour/spoiled. Had a weird ice- cold carbonated taste, like the cold sensation you get from a fizzy drink. Very bizarre. Please clean your ice cream machines guys ! i know it’s fast food but for real, no container for fries (probably because they didn’t put enough in even for a small fry) and the chicken strips were tiny. long wait time when there was no one else in line, it’s a total joke. but whatever, it’s fast food.

My very first, and probably last, visit to a Dairy Queen.
I thought of going rogue and take a chance. I had a fish sandwich and a bannasplit.
The fish sandwich was mediocre at best (but I didn’t expect much from the get go).
The ice cream was actually pretty good! A nice surprise!!!
The staff is very friendly and helpful!
Update May 2021: my wife and I thought of having the banana split again. This time, the fruit tasted half rotten. Never again. let’s hope we’ll survive this.

Service was not great. Staff were disheveled, appeared unsanitary and the business was not staffed appropriately. Have always loved bringing the kids to DQ for a treat on family outings but this was more than disappointing. After waiting for sometime, it was apparent they were not working on the kids items, we asked if we could get a refund and the staff did not know how to help us. We ended up walking away with pretty disappointed kiddos. Horrible experience

One of the better locations in my opinion. The restaurant is always clean. They don’t mess up my orders. The food is treated like food. The workers are professional. We enjoyed some blizzards tonight. She got very cherry. I got the new Snickers and brownie blizzard. It was quite good. Next I want to try the cinnamon roll centers. Till next time Dairy Queen.
