Chinese restaurant with nice atmosphere. Not too crowded and the food was not bad. The kingpao and orange chicken had sufficient flavor and the stringbeans with beef were tender and chewy, and all the dishes were generous in portion, not too salty.
Also we paid, with tips about $80.00 and change, but then when we checked the actual charge, came out to $88.00 and change. With tip was $80.00, wondering if this is the ” hidden ” fees nowadays in the casinos.

I really wanted to like Chef Xue at the Virgin Hotel, especially given that it’s advertised as being associated with a Michelin-star–level menu, but the food simply did not live up to that expectation. Across multiple dishes, the most consistent issue was a complete lack of flavor.

The fried rice didn’t look or taste fried at all—it was more like plain rice tossed with butter, lightly cooked chicken, and green onions, with absolutely no seasoning or depth. The orange chicken tasted genuinely unpleasant and was the low point of the meal. The chili fried chicken was also difficult to enjoy; it was overly saturated with chopped chilies that didn’t seem fully cooked, resulting in harsh heat without balance. The kung pao chicken somehow managed to be bland despite being a dish that’s supposed to be bold.

The beef and broccoli was the most palatable item we tried, but even that lacked the savory richness you’d expect. The potstickers were average at best and definitely not worth $12 for four small pieces—I was hoping for larger portions or at least standout flavor.

What made the experience more confusing was the Michelin association. If this menu is meant to reflect Michelin-level standards, I genuinely don’t understand how it qualifies. Michelin recognition is usually about precision, balance, and execution, and those elements were missing here. The food wasn’t just subtle—it was flat.

Overall, the dishes looked fine on the plate, but the flavors never showed up. For the price point and reputation being implied, this was a disappointing experience.

Went in there on our last day. Their Kung Pao Chicken was ok. I also ordered the Chow Mein which was AWFUL! They should change the name to onion and noodles. The picture is after the little noodles were gone. When I pointed it out to the waitress she just agreed and said if I went back to not order it again
Service was super slow. They only had the bartender and one waitress for the whole restaurant. Our waitress was taking an order right next to us and didn’t even come check if we needed another round of drinks. We asked if we could bring drinks from the outside bar and they told us no.

Overall great experience and service. Friendly staff. One of the best Chinese food in Vegas. Enjoy the different selections the restaurant has to offer from appetizers to entree. Tried their shrimp fried rice, eggplant garlic sauce, and eggplant string beans.

A nice potential to checkout when in Vegas.

Ate here because we’re currently staying at the Virgin hotel and was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was for the price.

3 of us ate well for around $70 (even taking some in a takeaway box that we couldn’t finish).

No pics snapped because we were ravenous but the Mongolian beef and pork pot stickers were a highlight.

Nice Chinese cuisine place.

The lady serving on the day was brilliant.

She was all smiles and checked on us a few times.

Good experience over all.

Food was very mid tier, but I had to drop it down to a 2 because of the chili chicken. I asked for extra spicy and apparently, that just meant I was going to get 200% more chili peppers. The chicken itself was pretty basic breaded chicken without much flavor.

Service felt pretty quick, wouldn’t recommend though.

While staying at the Virgin Hotels, we decided to check out this restaurant, and it was a great choice. We tried the potstickers and the beef with string beans, both of which were delicious. I’m particular about how my string beans are prepared, but these were cooked to perfection.
