I’ve seen places with this same name all over the U.S. many times, but I had never stopped or tried it before. While traveling with my daughters and visiting many cities, the day finally came to give it a try.
What can I say — the prices are very affordable, and the place itself is cute and pleasant. I really liked the tables and seating areas — everything was clean, neat, and well kept.
I’d also like to mention the girl at the counter — she was very kind and patient. It was my first time ordering, I didn’t have any favorite items yet, and she treated me with understanding and friendliness.
As for the food, it was pretty good. I think I’ll definitely stop by again sometime.

UPDATE: I have returned since my first initial review to this location three other times. It’s generally pretty busy in the drive thru. It is always clean, and while it’s about average in wait time for orders, the workers have been friendly and the manager who was swearing and mean has been friendly. I’m updating my review given the positive experiences.
There were three of us when we made our visit to the Dairy Queen at this location. All of our orders were fairly simple and do not take them long. I believe we waited for about 15 minutes. There was an issue with the ice cream machine and that is not always a manager’s fault or even the staff’s. An issue outside of the staff’s ability to control occurs, good management and leaders adjust, act professionally, and fix the problems. I don’t mind waiting when some thing outside of the workers control seems to impact the flow of traffic; unpredictable events occur all the time. However, was very disappointed in the Language of the employees as we were standing there, waiting. This manager was setting the bar and tone with profanity laced comments to the staff at a volume customers could easily hear. It was not only unprofessional it was disrespectful. I will not be returning to this location. Those who hold positions of authority at this location did not know how to conduct myself in a professional manner. It’s a failure of leadership and a sad reflection on the location and company. Sure the location is clean, but dealing with staff in front of customers as the manager did is inappropriate and extremely problematic.

Apparently these are the new flaming hot chicken tenders they have been advertising… They dont taste good at all… They should refund me for this crap cause that’s not right… Smashed sticks of meat which don’t even taste like chicken.. it was obvious the employees wanted to be done for the night so I’m assuming they just gave me whatever they had left even if it wasn’t what I ordered .. lol idk what this even is..

The food is great! The wait is kinda long . But they have an Apple tart that is to die for. Well worth the wait/// that Review was from two years ago.. Todays visit wasn’t great first we had to wait like half an hour for our order. (Which there were no drinks ordered..) We got charged full meal price PLUS $3.18 for two extra strips. & another $3.18 for two extra steak fingers. A whopping $24.39 for two meal that took forever. Then I had to ask for a receipt. & A whole other lady went & took me a little piece of paper.. IT WAS A receipt.. ( NOT like any kind of receipt I’ve ever gotten at any other restaurant.) – well this lady hand ( more like flung) me the receipt threw my window with a sour look on her face & turned as quickly as possible ran back inside. Needless to say I ain’t going back, they had such horrible customer service. I cant imagine how they make any money. SMH. To Too it off my toast was burnt!!!

Usually not a very clean place. This time the workers didn’t quite seem to know what they were doing and super distracted. I had to keep repeating my order and they would change it or forget something.

I stood at the register for at least 5 minutes waiting to be waited on before anyone acknowledged me waiting and I was the only one there! I finally stopped a girl and asked if anyone was there to take an order and she said everyone was busy. She took my order but seemed irritated and I waited again for 5-10 minutes for my shake, which was barely mixed and not good. I won’t be going to thus Dairy Queen again. If you’re in a hurry, waiting 20 minutes to get a shake is ridiculous.

Over 40 minutes for food. Went to talk to a worker….they haven’t even started cooking it yet. Stopped for something quick lmao could have gone to an actual restaurant where the food is halfway decent, paid, and left in this amount of time.
