I have been getting curbside pick up for months. When I went to pick up my order today curbside some guy who answered the phone said no you have to go through the drive-through we don’t do curbside. When I begged to differ with him, he was a complete jerk, but brought the food out to my car eventually (minus a few items he had to go back for). He again told me not to ever do curbside again. When I asked him if he was the manager, he said yes and then, when I asked him what his name was, he said, you don’t need to know and walked away. Seriously?!?!?! Worst experience I’ve ever had in fast food. What the manager doesn’t know, and did I say he looks like a 12-year-old, is that I am the agent who insures Dairy Queen and I am friendly with the owners. You messed with the wrong customer today Mr. mini manager!

When managers are there in early shift, it is nice and friendly. Evening shift ice cream is good but workers are rude and you can see them taking selfies from the windows. I know all of these places are hard up on workers and tolerate it because they have no one else, but goodness it’s not hard to smile and speak nicely. I wish the managers would drive thru the window to check on the “customer service”. But yes I will continue to go and tolerate the rude workers for a few minutes.

Gerald the manager of this establishment has relayed he cares not for losing customers, and our business is unnecessary. They Clearly have the hours of operation posted on the door of this establishment while keeping it locked during open hours without explanation. When asked why this was, I was told they need no explanation and our business is meaningless. If I could put negative stars for this review I would. Parents do not let you child work here! The owners Sarah and Jim and Assistant Manager Bianca are unprofessional and rude to their employees. I’ve heard and witnessed the way Sarah talked to my child and I had to put her in her place. They like to think they’re in the right and don’t own up to their mistakes when proof is shown. I can see why they’re short staff and desperate for workers all the time.

Staff seems rude EVERYTIME in evenings… Like it’s ice cream I thought they should be happy selling it smh and I always feel like I’m being hurried to order my food when I in fact know what I want they just don’t like my big orders I guess LoL they need to get older people working because it seems the young workers don’t like there job or they don’t like people either way I just HATE the rudeness almost everytime (nuts)
