The Chicken Basket was delicious and the Mocha Shake. Very clean and great service. The food has always been delicious and hot every time we go. They also have a variety of cakes and Dilly Bars in the freezer available to buy in the lobby.suoer convenient.

As someone who has worked at a DQ before and knows how good that toast can be. It was severly disappointing to open my meal to see what looks to be microwaved pieces of bread due to the lack of grill marks. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt, I took a bite of it, and it tasted like I just pulled a slice of bread out of the bag. How they looked at this and thought it would have been qualified to give to any customer is baffling.

Did our order online. Went to pick up, was not greeted when went inside to pick up order. Stood at counter for 5 minutes before was acknowledged. Then took another 10 minutes before our food was ready. Ordered 1 burger meal, 1 chicken sandwich meal, 1 6 piece strip meal and 3 blizzards. The blizzards where not the correct sizes. Employees argued about the sizes. And they did not turn one over. Was not handed a receipt with order either. Then the cherry on top, all the employees looked higher then a kite and one of the cooks took off and left the other cook to fend for his self. Not at all satisfied with the overall experience. Only reason for 2 stars was the food.

When managers are there in early shift, it is nice and friendly. Evening shift ice cream is good but workers are rude and you can see them taking selfies from the windows. I know all of these places are hard up on workers and tolerate it because they have no one else, but goodness it’s not hard to smile and speak nicely. I wish the managers would drive thru the window to check on the “customer service”. But yes I will continue to go and tolerate the rude workers for a few minutes.

I have been getting curbside pick up for months. When I went to pick up my order today curbside some guy who answered the phone said no you have to go through the drive-through we don’t do curbside. When I begged to differ with him, he was a complete jerk, but brought the food out to my car eventually (minus a few items he had to go back for). He again told me not to ever do curbside again. When I asked him if he was the manager, he said yes and then, when I asked him what his name was, he said, you don’t need to know and walked away. Seriously?!?!?! Worst experience I’ve ever had in fast food. What the manager doesn’t know, and did I say he looks like a 12-year-old, is that I am the agent who insures Dairy Queen and I am friendly with the owners. You messed with the wrong customer today Mr. mini manager!

I witnessed an employee refuse to give a mom water for a baby’s sippee cup, and told her she’d have to buy it, and it was $3. For a sippee cup of water.
So where do you draw the line? At their ethics or their food? Is the food good enough to overlook their faults? Well, no, of course not. It’s fast food.
