For years, we’ve been coming into this Dairy Queen for a Hawaiian blizzard. The one in Cottonwood doesn’t make one they’ll tell you right away. We don’t make Hawaiian blizzards. We got our blizzard and we’re halfway down the road when to our surprise. It was just ice cream and crushed nuts. Thank you for attempting to make the Hawaiian blizzard but next time tell us you don’t know how and will tell you what’s in it

Went to DQ tonight through the drive through to get chicken strip baskets. We asked for cheese curds in one of them and paid extra for it. And asked for extra cups of gravy that we paid for. I had to ask for the cones we ordered because they gave us our baskets and said have a nice night. I let that go because, well we are all human and make mistakes. But then we get all the way home to discover we had no cheese curds and the gravy cups were only half full. On top of that, of the 4 pieces of chicken in one of the baskets, see the photo for what can only be classified as a NUGGET compared to the normal size of the chicken STRIPS. Drove all the way back and was told by the manager that they would make the cheese curds and fill the gravy cups. We asked they remake our food because at this point it has been 40+ minutes of the food sitting out and since we didn’t mess up the order, we should be given our correct order and hot. They took our food and said they will remake it. We got home and no, it’s still the same food we had, just warmed in a microwave. And half of the cups of gravy were still only half full. My parents own and operate a Dairy Queen, for which I was a manager before I became disabled. There is no way in hell we wouldn’t have remade the entire order after that considering it would have been the fault of the employees, not the customer. And wouldn’t have pretended to remake it and microwaved it. I will NEVER come to this location again. And this used to be our favorite place to have a quick dinner. They clearly don’t need the money if they can afford to have such crappy customer service. We were completely ripped off in multiple ways. Great job

At around 2030 2JAN2026 pulled into the drive through and didn’t even get to order. There was a car at the speaker talking to the gal who was working the window. Cussing & flirting to each other for over 5min without doing any ordering. Honked to get them moving and ended up having to leave as we had a full car of hungry people. 10min later we drove past and that same gold sedan was still sitting in front of the window with the gal working the window hanging out of the window talking to her buddy.

Ordered pickup, got there and all the doors except a service door? were locked. I’m knocking on the doors, no one will open it. Doing the service door, went in and some fuel in there just looked at me and walked away, so i went to the counter. Everyone in the entire place just was acting weird and didn’t seem like they wanted to even talk to me. Finally someone came over and I said I’d placed an order, literally not one word out of this girl’s mouth at all, she just gave me the bag and turned around and walked away. The food was not good, cold and they put nasty ranch in my chicken basket after I’d paid for gravy and extra gravy, got neither. Won’t ever go back, horrible place and non communicative people that work there. Do not recommend at all if you’re in the area, go somewhere else.

Ordered a medium and got/was charged for a large. I ordered a medium, the drink was almost $7 (the marge price) and the cashier later pointed to the size large cups when confirming the ‘medium’ she gave me. I didn’t need this much ice cream and would like a refund for the difference in cost since I wanted a medium which is what I ordered. My cup even says L for large

My husband and I like to get blizzards as a late night treat when we have had a really long day. We have been doing this for the last 6 years. The last 2 times we have gone to this Dairy Queen we have delt with the same closing lady. She is extremely rude and has a horrible attitude. If you ask for ANY modifications to your ice cream she gets mad and tells you she cant do that. Then both times over mixed our blizzards until they were melting in the cups. She removed her name tag so we couldnt see it and would not let any other employee help. She told us our total would be “ready at the dang window”, handed us our icecream, and slammed the window shut. We will definitely be finding somewhere else to get our late night treats from.
