This was the second time we have been to this location. Last time was 15 yrs ago. I generally try to be as positive as possible in my reviews. But this one is challenging.
Starting with my online order. I placed the order, then drove to pick it up. When we arrived they didn’t even have it. After she poked around on the computer she found the order and went to make it. She gave me my cup. But the fountain wasn’t working. No ice no soda. I went to her again. She went and filled it in the back. We ordered the chicken strip meal. The chicken was cold and hard. But the cheese curds were very yummy.
Overall, the place wasn’t anything to encourage us to come back. Possibly why it has taken us so long to come back…?

We stopped in for a cool treat. It was a really hot day on our way to Texas. The ice cream we ordered was delicious but my sundae was missing my cream and nuts. No big deal just handed them to me after the fact. The cashier that took our order never greeted us and had a long sad look upon her. She may need to be retrained in customer service. It was kind of a drag. I hope she learns to greet customers with a warm friendly smile to make them feel welcomed.

The employees here are really good. My family is large and we don’t do dine in much. When we eat out it’s most likely takeout or drive thru. I placed our order and the employees got everything correct and made in a reasonable amount of time in comparison to the size of the order. Only annoyance is that this location doesn’t have mobile ordering, IDK why but that’s something they should look into.

They forgot the hamburger patty!!!
I paid extra for cheese, that was there but no burger. I looked at my order clearly has beef patty.
We were on our way out of town and had to stop at gas station to get more food and napkins, straw and spoon.
This place has screwed up my food orders in past I decided to try the app. Ice cream, they can usually get right. Also, no straws, spoon or napkins. Seriously, it was a simple small order!

Icecream was a little melted, but overall it was yummy. We didn’t get our icecream served upside down. Just in a multi cup carrier. We had to figure out who’s was who’s. Also, their prices have skyrocketed. $25 for 3 blizzards is a little rediculous.
