Updated review 3/06/2026. The freshest food ever! I recommend a pick 2 with half pesto grilled cheese and half chipotle salad and subbing extra avocado and removing chicken.
Side note, Have found pieces of chicken in my food sometimes when not ordering chicken which is problematic as a vegetarian
But when contacting customer service they have helped by adding rewards points to give it another try.

This was my first time and I was pleasantly surprised! My daughter had the lasagna soup and chicken pesto sandwich, she said it was delicious! To have my child say this….!!! I has the mushroom bisque soup and a salad with hot honey (can’t recall the name of it). Both of mine were delicious, too! I wish we lived closer to this place, we’d definitely frequent this restaurant! The staff were extremely friendly and attentive also.

This is my second time going her in some years since I don’t live in the area. The staff members are always extremely polite, helpful and patient . I love the surprise complimentary chocolate covered strawberries . They were large juicy and sweet . The food was delicious, healthy and filling. I did a “build your own” salad because I couldn’t decide, and I tried their tortilla soup. So delicious!!! Too bad they don’t have a location near me . I ordered take out, but I had a long drive so I decided to sit and eat in the restaurant. No leftovers and no crumbs left behind; just the drink left because I was too full to finish it . I wasn’t even expecting to eat everything in one sitting .

I was staying in Schaumburg on a business trip and felt for something light. Googled restaurants serving soup and salads and found this gem of a restaurant, which was exactly what the doctor ordered. Healthy food served with a smile. The staff is courteous and friendly. Lots of soups and salads to choose from. I will be visiting Schaumburg again in Sept 2025, and I will definitely return to Cafe Zupas again. Which if I had one of these restaurant where I live.

Was staying in Schaumburg again for business and felt for soup and salad for dinner. Only one place came to mind and that is Cafe Zupas. Again, this place did not disappoint. Picked up soups, salad and cheesecake for dessert. Took some new pictures to share.

Great place for lunch. Delicious food,friendly stuff.
This place has a very varied menu of sandwiches,soups and salads.
We had Mediterranean sandwiches,Lobster bisque and Chickpea&veggie soup.
Everything was very tasty !!!

First time trying, staff was great at guiding me as a first timer I can definitely see myself coming back this was the healthiest tasting BBQ Brisket sandwich and definitely made me feel better about my food choices

I’m trying to eat healthier nowadays and I’m so glad to have discovered this fast food restaurant. They serve salads, soups, sandwiches, and healthy protein bowls. I think what sets them apart is that they make their sauces and dressings scratch. You really can taste the fresh ingredients. I had the “Korean Kick” protein bowl and the combination of the veggies, meat, sauce, dressing really go well together. They also give free sweet bread and chocolate covered strawberries. The staff are very friendly and polite.
The place is very clean and spacious. The decor is modern, somewhat rustic/organic/industrial type design. It is also brightly lit which seems to be a thing with new restaurants these days.
I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to eat healthy at a reasonable price.

I have been in search for a Soup and Salad restaurant… found out. They let you taste the soups before ordering, that’s a plus. The protein bowl and lobster bisque, roll and chocolate cover strawberry, was D.E.L.I.S.H

Our family loves cafe zupa! Employees are always friendly smiling and willing to help, specially one gentleman with dark hair and a beard we always see since the first day we started coming to this location (definitely going to get his name to give him proper credit). Atmosphere is welcoming and cozy to sit and have a family get together or just a solo meal. Food is always amazing, hot, and fresh.
