This place is a rip off, I ordered a banana split and they literally split the banana. Where did the other half go is my question. The prices are ridiculous, springs or denver don’t even price gouge you this bad! My family and I were so disappointed the blizzards were definitely small more like miniature. Never will we return here almost $50 wasted!! California prices aren’t even this ridiculous!!

Walked it in and it smelled like bleach which I believe they use to mask the smell of sewage that you could smell once the bleach wore off. It took 30 min to get our order and then it wasn’t even right. Staff was nice so that’s a plus.

For everyone decent not even good experience, the next 6-7 are guaranteed to be bad.
Food is always cold. You get parked for 15-20 minutes and forgotten about almost everytime if you order food. Always check your order because it’s never right or always there.
Just sad.
Never a manager on staff and it’s just always 4 teenagers who maybe half of them are honestly trying but can’t handle it all because the other half have no clue what’s going on, and there is no leadership driving the ship. The owner of this place should be ashamed

Staff were nice but our ice. Team was overfilling the containers and melting all over our car. We had to pull over very soon after we left to throw everything away, wash our hands, and clean our car.

Fantastic service! I placed a tough order. They got it ready rather quickly. The young lady at the window, she was very bubbly.
So much better than the one on Pueblo Boulevard!

Haven’t been to a Dairy Queen in ages but have to say it’s good, you can’t get ice cream wrong. However, all of their items are expensive. And, they don’t offer Diet Coke. Now I remember why I don’t go to Dairy Queen.

Walked over to dairy Queen from the super 8 hotel called in a order witch they took over the phone to walk over there for them to say they don’t take orders over the phone ok! Walked back cold night not far from my hotel my ice cream and whip cream all melted I couldn’t tell if I had any strawberry pineapple in it I was very disappointed there was alot of kids working and in a hurry my shake was melted also the Oreo blizzard was ok I won’t go there again I was disappointed ☹️ if you know this area you know it’s not a far walk from hotel to dairy Queen for it to be like this

Went in to pick up a birthday cake last minute and a sweet girl Jasmine helped us and even wrote the name Bella on the cake for us in pink and made pretty hearts around the name.( it was for a 14 year old girl) she was awesome. Thanks for making our visit memorable
