I came to dairy queen with two other people, one of which recently got a box of rats he got for pets. We decided to stop by and eat before heading all the way back to Vinita. When we got there and ordered the staff seemed interested in the box and some even wanted to see them. Once we sat down at the table, two waitresses came up to see the rats i cant really remeber much but the really cute waitress made a comment about their cats and we started to speak about our cats. They were very friendly and made my day. They spoke very kindly and friendly with me and overall provided a great experience. Once we got our food It was very good, especially the fries. but the really cute waitress i spoke to makes me wanna visit again even though i live in Vinita.

The worst experience I’ve had coming to a DQ. The 2 older gals working up front on 12-22 around 1:30pm were incredibly rude. Every other order seemed to be messed up, and they were quick to blame it on their new cook. Never apologized or showed any bit of hospitality. I went up to get gravy for my chicken, I was given ranch by mistake. One of the 2 girls was quick to be hateful and tell the younger girl I asked “if they want both you have to charge them” with a hateful tone. I just hope either of them are not a manager. It will only hurt this location.

The food is good if you get it freshly made. I usually just get a burger and the hotdogs aren’t bad either. Great ice cream too. They have ice-cream cakes as well as other desserts. Pretty good fries to. Great place to grab a quick bite to eat.

3 times in a row I have doordashed, no mayo,ketchup or tomatoes, mustard instead, 3 times they have purposely reversed order, when you call the manager, I’m expected to drive 4 miles to get the correct order myself, hire employees that can read or BETTER YET, GIVE A CRAP ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE! MANAGER NEEDS TO GO.

Bottom of the barrel, WORST SERVICE I have had from Dairy Queen in a long time. I look forward to writing a COMPLAINT to company headquarters about my experience. It was that bad.
I contacted these people and staff literally had no idea what they were talking about at first. Do they not train these people? I asked about prices and received an “I’m sorry can you repeat that”, then an “I’m sorry what”, before finally getting information on food and shake prices. This experience with service staff is SO much worse than experiences I have had in other parts of the country at fast food restaurants.
Please do better for the next customer. To customers: I would recommend you save your money and keep driving. To company management: please consider retraining your employees about having better knowledge of product.

So it’s June 21st 11:50 am. The drive thru person is just rude at the outset. Get around to the window after a tense clipped ordering process and Jaque is wagging her jaw back and forth and twitching she’s so high on meth.Had to go back in because my order was missing items and during the additional wait I saw a girl slip and fall on the wet floor. It looks like someone dumped an entire mop bucket and just left it.Also worth mentioning. I did all that. Ate my food in the car. Then took these pictures. Plenty of employees like 5 visible at drive thru and front counter.Noone has attempted to clean in it up at all In the 45 minutes I’ve been here. It’s not very busy.

When I got my food it was cold but they made it right. The lady working the counter was friendly and fast at her job. I went back for another meal and I think folks need to be retrained in the kitchen. What I ordered was hot this time but what I got is 2 different things. So I don’t think I will go back to that restaurant.

Went through the drive thru 20 min before they closed after a football game. They shut the drive thru down after our order. Our blizzards were great but the dipped cone in a cup had chocolate syrup! Yuck! No hard chocolate. They had our order ready when we made it to the front of the line. They handed it all to us in a cup carrier and shut the window before we noticed. Yuck!
