Everything was great. Only thing I’d have liked to see different was my burger was surprisingly small. I ordered off the 2 for $5 menu and I chose the burger and fries, and I got a medium soft drink added to it.

This has got to be the Best Dairy Queen I have Ever been too! Everything from the staff to the music made this a wonderful lunch experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was hot and fresh. The sock hop style music on the radio gave this DQ a real Soda Shop feel. If ever passing through Logansport La, I highly recommend stopping by for nostalgic atmosphere, smiling faces, and delicious food!

I’m new to the area, I just wanted a meal after a long days work. There was nobody behind me in the drive-thru, I asked the lady to give me a minute as the menu options are different than in Texas. The lady then rudely asks, “are you gonna order something?” I just left and got something from whataburger. I won’t be back to give them my business.

This place use to be a nice place to go with friendly workers and a manager with sense and respect for customers. When Ms. Linda was manager there was courtesy and friendliness! Now the environment is plan out ridiculous! Visited a few weeks ago ordered chicken strip dinner for my Daddy toast was old and cold and fries were not fresh. I told the young man at the window and he replied “I don’t know what to do about that”! I said call your manager here to the window please. He first hollers and tells them what the complaint is, then someone in the kitchen starts mouthing off very loudly for us to hear, send it back I will pop in the microwave if they want it hot! When the manager finally came too the window I addressed that rudeness and disrespect first and suggested to her you need to train your staff on proper customer treatment because that was so rude and tacky! She said ok, with the nonchalant attitude of a leaf. Then she went on to say toast is made in big batches and it takes over 30 minutes to heat the oven so nothing they could do about that! She had no concern, no care! I didn’t even bother with the rest of the issues with the food. I requested a refund and left. This was the second bad visit here in less than a month. Needless to say we will not be back! Of course that doesn’t bother management nor staff at this location at all! Very unhappy to have to write this review but it was important enough to do so.

Best restaurant experience I’ve had for years, service was excellent, fast and friendly. Food tasted good and was ready almost as soon as we poured our drinks. And atmosphere was exemplary… been to many DQ’s and very few have ever measured up to this quality.
