I had ordered a royal New York cheese cake and when they gave it to me it was all melted and when the lady was going to flip it they started laughing and were saying not to because it would spill all over the ground and then a Hispanic lady kicked me out and started ignoring me when I asked them for a new one because it was bad. Then when I left with my royal New York cheese cake it didn’t have any cheese cake nor strawberry and the lady at the front counter was very rude about it and laughed at me.

Please stop hiring teenagers that don’t want to actually work until close and give you attitude when you show up. Based on other recent comments a bad attitude towards customers is common at this location and nothing is being done.

Just ordered a small blizzard and a banana split, $12.07. Live 15 miles from town. Got home and was ready to eat the banna split, gheez, no banana in the split. Called Dairy Queen and was told to return the split and they would add the banana. Wasn’t my mistake, I paid for the product but apparently it’s up to me to make it right. Thanks for nothing. Had I wanted a dish of ice cream I would have ordered one.

We were told to drive around when we tried to order at the window with an app deal. We were spoken down to and told to drive back through or go inside when I wanted to add to my order.
I did as asked and was met by a very upset manager, who said he would refund my money and told me to leave.
I started crying (bad day). He didn’t believe me that his employees said to drive through when we tried to order. Why would I make this up? My food order was at least placed in the box with respect. My friends order was thrown in the box and was cold. Manager comped my second order and said he was having a bad day. I am a very good customer never had trouble with anyone or anything before this. His employees lied about what happened and was upset because they had to add an order. I would never recommend this place unless you get ice cream only. The food was not good and the employees are self important. With out customers no jobs. Just a reminder customers are always right. This is the first rule of running a business.

Usually when I go here I go through the drive thru. The past couple of times I actually choose to come here I regret it. As someone who works in customer service I understand that people can make you busy, but when all I’m trying to ask you for is a napkin because there is chocolate all down the side of my drink, and you either slam the window in my face or interrupt me when I’m trying to ask. All I can say is this place screams “here’s your food, now get out.” On the other hand food is good, decent as normal fast food. But I’ve never been treated like this anywhere else.

Ordered a chicken strip basket and a large fry and did not get my large fry or my bread with the basket. The worker was very rude and did not give us the food even after showing him the receipt.

Ordered and ate inside, the guy who took our order was friendly, food came out quickly and was good. When we had to leave before I was done, the same guy was super helpful in showing me how to unfold and close up their to go boxes (which are like Chinese finger traps).

Showed up on Valentine’s Day to get a couple blizzards and there was a line long enough to question whether it was worth the wait. We decided it was worth the wait and I’m glad we did. From the time we placed our order til the time they were holding our blizzard upside down it was 3 short minutes and we were on our way. It was a week old machine inside and took no time at all. Well done!!!
