Went through drive through good service super busy so it took time so when ordering blizzards to go make sure the put the plastic dome on the the cups or you will have a mess every where and ask for extra napkins just in case

Good food. We drove past another Dairy Queen to go to this one because it had dine-in. The ice cream was generous and well-blended. The food was good, but two in our group didn’t get their order. When they finally notified the staff, they apologized and brought out just one of the missing meals. When it was pointed out again, the last meal was delivered.

I simply used the maps app to locate a place nearby that particular DQ and therefore I gave a two (2) ⭐ rating. However I do like to get some type of DQ Blizzard a couple of times each summer and most frequently early in the season and again in August. The ice cream cake is good for all parties involved at most celebratory events with such a situation and it’s a bit misleading as the cones are ice milk and in a rather smaller size cone than the price warrants. I’m doubtful that the majority shareholder, Berkshire Hathaway, ie Warren Buffett, has much to do with the daily operations or has the industry knowledge and experience to micromanage the long term business enterprise as that particular company most frequently invests in ongoing successful businesses that have already been able to use their sector expertise in providing a quality product for the market that consumers are desiring for an equitable price of service and affords the shareholders a decent ROI. I’m certainly not an expert on the financial situation but I have been fortunate enough to enjoy frozen dairy products for over 60 years already and it’s my hope to continue with that pattern until I choose otherwise or cannot. DQ is most oftentimes easily accessible and it’s well-worth the time and effort to go outside of one’s most traveled route to stop by DQ as frequently as required. A higher star review may be expressed by the clientele who frequents DQ more than myself and I am rather fond of DQ but simply don’t stop in each time I pass by a store and there are so many various options in the grocery stores that I don’t have a particular favorite as I once did. The selection in my nearby grocery stores allow me to choose various types of ice cream from more than a few dairies. Please do not hesitate to enjoy your time of eating yet do consume with care and caution to best avoid the dreaded and uncomfortable ‘brain freeze’ contingency. ✌️

It was horrible service, took forever, nothing but young kids, the food tasted like it was taken out of the trash and heated up.
Definitely not worth the money spent on it. The only thing that was worth anything from the order was the root beer! So kudos to you for getting something satisfying out of the almost 20.00 spent! Very upsetting if you haven’t already got the hint!

We were visiting West Point and stopped for dessert here and the service was phenomenal. We had our dogs with us so they offered us doggy dishes, no DQ has ever done that before and it was Mother’s day so they offered our mom a free sundae! All the workers were so nice and kind, it was a great way to top off our day!

I remember going up in this town a long time ago. I remember it when it was just a walk-up window. Obviously they’ve changed it to make it into a full restaurant. And get real good food in here. I love those footlong hot dogs. Those fish sandwiches those other hamburgers and cheeseburgers. Got to love that ice cream!

Went in ordered a large blizzard. Payed for it. Stood there for 15 mins watching the crew play and joke around. Asked for a refund. Never got it then they said they would make it. Never got it. So I walked out with no cash no blizzard. Not impressed.
