We waited over 10 minutes to be waited with only one other person there and she was just picking up gift cards. Then after having our order taken we waited another 30 minutes before we asked where our food was. Not even started. At that point we asked for our money back. So we can’t answer how the food was. Not a single sorry or thank you. She just acted like we were the inconvenience. This was on December 17th between 12:45PM and 2:00PM.

Tldr Drywall on bun. At 12:45 on 11-27-24 we were alone in the drive through. we order a #2 triple burger meal and a $5 chicken strip meal deal. That’s all. We sat there for 15 minutes waiting for our food. I ordered a coke. They gave me a diet coke instead. it was flat with a funky taste i cannot place. My burger wasn’t even the correct burger, they gave me the new BBQ burger. And worst of all it had white chunks pressed into the bottom of the bun. It looked and felt like drywall chunks. No idea what it is. It was absolutely disgusting.

I absolutely love Dairy Queen’s blizzards, they are the perfect treat to a hot summer day. But when my fiance and I walked in today for lunch the manager (KiKi) just kept giving us dirty looks. We did NOT feel welcome at all. And then a few years ago the same manager pulled boyfriend to the side and made very rude comments about my weight.. No matter what location she is at I do not feel welcome.

When I was younger, I used to beg to come here almost everyday. This was my favorite place, period. They had the best service, the best atmosphere, and (of course) the best food. Little kids like I was loved everything about this place. And being me, enjoyed the private and relaxing atmosphere/service. My regular as a child and to be frank now would have been the grilled cheese with the delicious fries and to top it off a tasteful blizzard (which they are amazing nonetheless). My wish for Dairy Queen’s future menu renovations is to bring back their grilled cheese!!! It is so good! And I miss it all the time.

Food was incorrect and not worth the cost, dinning area was dirty (around the seats was icky and the lights has crap and bugs in them). They should stick to ice-cream.

Drive through ordered 1 chocolate shake and one small cup vanilla ice-cream. Wait was about 15 minutes. Shake was completely meltd like chocolate milk. Gave it back the guy at the window and told him I didn’t want this and he walked away with it. Went inside to speak to a manager and guess who shows up? Same kid. Said no refund or replacement as I called him a bad name when I drove away. I did and I apologized to him and shook hands but told him he needs more training.
Paid over $8 for a small vanilla ice-cream and no shake. Looks like all bad reviews answered with “please try us again”

This place gave me severe food poisoning. I ordered a cheeseburger and an ice cream cone from here last night and I have been vomiting all day. I’m very disappointed in this place and urge others not to eat from here.

Ordered a blizzard and a slushy, blizzard with extra of both ingredients and was charged for the extras. But there were very few chunks in the blizzard and little flavor. We weren’t provided a receipt for the order either. When I asked for it to be remade they acted as I was a huge inconvenience and made it with even less toppings. Very Unfortunate experience sadly.

I debated today between going to this location and 75th and O street. I wish now I went to the O street location.
I completely understand that there was an after school/last day rush, but that doesn’t justify s*** attitudes. There was one employee in front taking orders and she was getting overwhelmed so another gal (darker complection with pink hair) who came up to help take orders. The expression on her face couldn’t have been more annoyed. When it came time to order myself her tone and facial expressions gave the impression she hated everything about this shared experience and was very unwelcoming. As she proceeded to go behind the wall and make some orders she could be heard by myself and my daughter loudly using profanity. It was such an uncomfortable and unwelcoming experience we probably won’t be coming back to this location in the future when there are better options.
