We stopped in for a sweet treat tonight and were lucky enough to witness a truly heartwarming act of kindness. A couple of kids came in with only a few dollars to spend, and the manager generously gifted them each a twist cone. The pure joy on their faces was absolutely priceless!

OK they did for get my ranch. BUT the woman taking orders and money in the drive thru was super friendly and had a great attitude despite being really busy. I appreciated her customer service. It makes the experience so much better when the employees take pride in their job.

I don’t know what the food and atmosphere was to be like since I walked to this location (approximately 1.5 miles from my home) only to discover a sign on the door that the lobby was closed due to staffing shortage. Well obviously I ended up walking home without my meal. This is becoming a frequent thing for this location which is sad since it is really the only fast food location within walking distance of my home. Being visually impaired and on a fixed income and not wanting to add a delivery fee to already inflated prices on different apps means I either pay the fee, pay a cab or walk. This is nuts especially since nothing on the recorded phone line states the lobby would be closed.
