This was a great stop after a day at the lake! We’re feeding a family of 6 and it’s rare to find a fast food drive thru that gets our order correct on the first try lol. They got our food to us fast and everyone enjoyed their meals. Staff were friendly and efficient.

If I had a choice to put 0 stars then I would. It might seen neat and tidy in the dining area, but it’s a different story in the actual kitchen area and where the ice-cream machine is. An actual employee took a picture of two dead rats in an ice cream bucket near the ice-cream machine. Also they do not clean greasy areas well and rarely checks if things are molding.

I walked in and right away noticed the place was pretty busy. Only to be greeted with a smile from the girl running the cash register. Another girl jumped on a register for a little relief. Within seconds I was placing my order. No more than that my soda full he and my bill was served to me by the he and my bill was served to me by the cook. Food was nice and toasty but not overdone with enough there to fill me up for < 6$. I didn't see any sign of disrespect from any of the employees nor did I see any filth. People have to remember dairy Queen is made to order. Like it should be! Thank you Markie and and Amy for stepping it up in the customer service department 7/9/17 @530pm.

Order was incorrect, cashier wasn’t wearing gloves when preparing food. Witnessed cashier eating ice cream, and didn’t wash her hands. Took over 10 minutes to get correct order. Setting at drive thru window and made eye contact with 2 employees one of which was the manager. Will not return to this location again. Very unpleasent experience. Would have given no stars if able.

I have never had a more sloppy and greesy burger. My bottom bun was so soggy and falling apart. I waited 10 minutes for 1 blizzard and when she finally got it to me it was slipping over the sides. She couldn’t even turn it over it was so soupy. But hey they gave me a coupon for a free Sunday with the order of a meal. That makes it ok right?!? Won’t ever go back.

Every time I come to Scott City to see my dad I stop in for either a bite to eat or a sweet treat. I have never been disappointed yet. I always get greeted with a smile and small talk. Love the atmosphere.

The two girls that were working the front on Friday evening were really rude and customer service was very POOR!! If your an employee you should have some kind of respect and not be rolling your eyes or standing there talking about other people!

Very nice place me and my daughter and brother and his son went down on our motorcycles and got there 45 mins early and they opened up just for us people starting going in once we got there and they never told them no. I cant wait to go for another ride and goto Scottcity again to there. Food is always hot. Love the people that work there they are very friendly.
